in anime and/or manga which is your expertise

One of the great things about anime/manga is that I like it so much it encourages me to learn about things I don't normally like. I got into the Drops of God manga now it's finally come over in English and, even though I don't drink at all, it's a wonderful read and I've picked up loads of strange trivia about wine. Not being limited to specific genres means I get to experience this kind of thing, and now when my friends [boringly] talk about alcohol I can at least appreciate their enjoyment, even if I still don't join in.

I sort of regret using the arrow response as it now looks as though I'm saying Android 17 is hot in the quote ;_;

I'm not sure if I'm expert in any one genre/show in particular. I tend to try and look mostly at comedy anime myself. Hetalia and Gurren Lagann are probably the ones I know about the most. I'm also trying to go through all the Studio Ghibli films so after I get through them all I suppose I could be an expert in them.
 
iv watched, played and looked up on dragonball z so much for years a few years back that i still remember all the information.

there are big fans of the show who gets some info wrong about the show that i give them the right answer
 
I can't think of a genre I 100% shun, but if someone tries to sell me on something with "it's like Tenchi" I will go in expecting it to be ******.

Unfortunately I think the married people out there with 2D complexes (unless your referring to some tragic sight disorder) probably aren't very happily married, or more likely just not married at all...which would be quite the paradox, wouldn't it!
