Gurren Lagann and Gundam 00 UK release dates

The Boss
The UK release of Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann has been announced for the 22nd of June with both regular and limited editions. Whilst the content of the limited edition is still unknown, but considering the other special editions from Beez, we can expect a great release.

And that's not all, Mobile Suit Gundam 00 will also receive the special edition treatment and have a release date announced for the 15th of June. The list of extras on the special edition includes a 12 cm action figure, a PVC badge, a key holder and an embroided blazon, all symbols from the series. It also includes vol.1 of the series and a box with an exclusive artwork made to contain the other 2 volumes of the series.

I'am delighted that both series are coming out ,will certainly get gurren laggen not so sure about gundam 00.My only concern with beez is with the limited editions, just how much more expensive will they be than the standard versions.

Two releases i'm interested in purchasing. I may fork out of for the special editions, depending on how much cash I have around release dates!

Well if Play is anything to go by there will be about a £14 difference between them. At least for Gundam 00 will most likely be the same for Gurren Lagann.

Damn, to late for May expo, but good to final get release dates. Just hope they will announce some new titles soon as well.

You think? I can't remember the specifics, but Haruhi was at the expo last year before the official release date.

Was wondering about the 00 release the other day, awesome. Might buy both, maybe. Not sure about the limited edition versions however.

You really like your trailers =)

Best way to promote a show, someone else personal opinion is only their opinion to whether a show good or bad. A trailer is probably the best way to give you incite to see if it for you like it or not, only watching few episodes can give you better incite.

But It can also backfire sometimes, Dead leaves was better than the trailer suggested.

Ahh beez you evil evil company, now i have to dish out more money, and all in the same month! =/

Hah seriously though i'm looking forward to these releases. Ok i have the TTGL release from the US, but that was the sub only one, i was going to pick up the sub and dub one, but since i expect the release will be the same here now, i'll just get it here. Gundam i was waiting for, and the release seems even more nicer than i expected, so i'll be getting that too.

Are those Play.com prices official? Because they're more expensive than I was expecting, especially since Manga are releasing their 2-disc edtions for 20 notes, and more than I'm willing to pay for a blind buy.

About time for a releaes date :p still which version to get...yeah like if there was going to be a choice with me, Limited Edition all the way. Not sure about Gurren Lagaan though.

nah sounds right, the code geass sets in the US are about £30 for a regulaur part

the manga disks i'm sure u'll lose alot of extra's with them

Well the way it's listed saying the artbox will house the other 2 volumes. It seems to me, each volume will contain two discs, as surely this will be a 6 disc release for the first season, matching the US release pattern.

US isn't confirmed for an artbox, so I'm tempted to switch my order to the BEEZ release from Bandai.

Didn't enjoy Gundam 00 enough to warrant buying it (all told, it's markedly average as a series). I can't wait for my chance to finally watch Gurren Lagann though :]
