Games on the MS usually found their way to the GG.

Played a demo of this, but frankly, there are good reasons why no-one ever played this. The food micromanagement was an utter game killer IIRC. Now, the Settlers series. Those were great games. Way to segue into the following list:

Albion - PC RPG made by Blue-Byte. Sci-Fi meets Fantasy world of hippy furries and magic wielding celts for some reason. Being only small, I played the entire thing from a walkthrough. Even then, certain bits were buggy and messed up your progress.

Archemedian Dynasty - Yes, honestly. Someone actually released a game called 'Archemedian Dynasty'. There's probably going to be some hardcore, IT-Management PC gaming type who has played this. Was a Space-Sim except, 'Under the Sea' in a post apocalyptic future where humanity fled to deep sea stations and techno-music somehow managed to remain popular.

Final Fantasy Tactics - The original 'Kill Dycedarg's Older Brother' version. Plenty of people will have played the PSP version which is so, so much better.

Puyo Puyo - People have probably played this brilliant falling-block puzzle game in some form or other (even if only Dr Robotnik's Mean Bean Machine or Kirby's Avalanche), but I'm pretty confident that I've played too many versions of this game for anyone else to out-do me. Haven't played 4, Fever 2 or 7 (it's only been out a month or so anyway :p).

System Shock - Ok, so someone has probably played this if they're dabbled in Abandonware at all. Got to the end of it? I have, though not until about five years ago. Visually closer to Teletext than Doom was, this somehow made it a million times scarier.

Tactics Ogre: Let Us Cling Together - Final Fantasy Tactics a-like. Sold in very limited quantities (not that I have played a retail copy). Worth hunting down if you're into the Strategy RPG genre for its interesting, multiple path storyline.

You want obscure games do you? have a load of this:

It was a bit like Fire Emblem.

OH MY GOD!! Someone else has played this!!!! Fantastic little turn based RPG where you could even tame wild creatures to fight your battles for you. Loved it!

Played and completed without a walkthrough, it was aliitle hard in places but i liked it. The graphics were nice too.

Played it but i though system shock 2 was far better. I still play system shock 2 from time to time.

Incubation was another good Blue byte game, it was kind of in the X-com fold but more puzzle based.

Not played it in about 12 years because I never owned it, but I loved it! Still remember what most of the levels looked like too. I might have to hunt down a copy. :D

I never had a problem with it, you just had to get used to how to set up a solid system. Bread was the staple food out of them all. To make it you build farms to grow the corn, mills to grind it to flour, bakeries to make the bread and inns to provide it to the workers, oh and storehouses to store it. I thought it was a good game.

Has anyone played Loom on the amiga. That was a good one but not as popular as others in its genre

Shadow of Memories - PS2

The voice acting is hilariously bad, but the concept is very interesting and it's quite creepy.

A Vampyre Story - PC

Quite a fun point and click game about an undead opera singer, but it's quite hard without a walkthrough.

I've heard of that. Might have to give it a try - If it's hard, all the better. I haven't really felt challenged by an Adventure Game since Broken Sword II.
