Games you played but you bet no one else has

...

What the bastard is going on here?

Anyway, I've played Steambot Chronicles. It was, in fact, my favourite game of 2006 (or whichever year it was released). And Connie = MAI WAIFU.

I'd say that there's fairly good odds I'm the only one here who's played Tokyo Bus Guide and TBG2. It's one of those Japanese oddities that I just couldn't resist.

Oh i have loads!

Earthsiege 2

And the follow up Starsiege

I just wish i could get my copy to work in XP!

I still love the starsiege intro 10 years later!

Anyone else play the Wizards & Warriors games on the NES? I must have spent a decent proportion of my childhood on those. Finished Ironsword but Kuros: Visions of Power was a right bastard. I almost want to dig the NES out and finish it once and for all now (I think my sister has it now though).

A quick Wiki and I remember why I never finished it: "Unlike the past games in the series, there is no continue mechanism; once Kuros loses all of his lives, the game ends. There are no hidden continues, nor is there any way to restore a life once its been lost."

So you don't realise how short they are ghostbusters 6 levels can't do it

I'm gonna try downloading that wizards and warriors game and beating it now

Is it the third one or what?

Probably the most obscure game I've played is either Vagrant Story or Disgaea, neither of which are all that obscure I suppose. Disgaea is one of my all time favourite games and Vagrant Story was a bit too difficult but I'm going to try it out again and attempt to get my head properly around that battle system.

I've just started playing Disgaea again. It's so freaking tough on the grinding though.

My most obscure game? Radiant Silvergun. Finished on 1 credit.

PS1 time....

Nightmare Creatures...
Future Cop LAPD
Blood Omn: Legacy of Kain

I own all those and love them to bits, although my copy of nightmare creatures refuses to even load up now...must be all the things i called it during the final boss battle..

@Kadede nice choice 8) I would of killed to play Radiant Silvergun

As for my own choice...

Panzer Dragoon 1,2 and Saga on the Sega Saturn. Saga was probably the best Saturn game out there and while it was different gameplay then the others in the series, it was simply an amazing game.

I would mention Panzer Dragoon Orta but i'm not sure that qualifies as a rare game seeing as it was on the xbox.

Oh and a mention to Guardian Heroes on the Saturn as well, a great side scroller, and a fun way to pass the time :)

Oooh obscure games, well i think i'll have to go back to the game gear and megadrive for starters. Wiz n Liz and Pugsy stand out from them, i just remember spending ages on them. I remember playing turok on the gameboy as well and indiana jones on the gamegear. There was another one though which took up all my time on the gamegear and i just can't remember the name of it which is disappointing =/

Ahh, it was years ago as well! Erm..all i remember is it was a side scroller of a sort with one character with a sword and shield, but that doesn't narrow it down much. Erm, i think there was a secret near the beginning of the game as well, but not sure bar that(this is probably no use ;p)
