Yeah I know that's why I don't own season 1 yet, the chapter markers don't really bother me but the weird subtitle script was such an odd decision. I'll probably just pick up the US set at some point though.
 
FWIW, I didn't have any issues with the subtitle script that Manga used. I know it's different from the US one but I never had a hard time following what was happening or anything.
 
You can order it now, the status says "Availability: Stock will be despatched to you as soon as we receive it from our supplier."

So it was a delay from Sony then.

The CE for season 1 was expensive here, probably £10 more than it should have been.

Didn't help that most people on this forum that bought it got the Aus version on JBHifis BOGOF offer last year, myself included.
 
I just hope we're actually getting a CE tbh :/ I bought the UK release but will import if we don't get a similar set for season 2, although if season 1 sold poorly then I can't really blame them.
 
I'd like to buy them but it's just unfortunate timing how it's released just as the new season is starting every year.

Plus season 1 was very expensive too.
 
I got the AUS set of S1 as the UK is just too expensive at £50, i would have supported it if it was around £35-40 like most AL CEs. If Funi are wondering why S1 didn't sell well, maybe don't price at £50. They've done the same with AoT S2 so i'll be waiting for Zavvi to do a sale on that one.

If we don't get the CE over here i'll just import it at some point.

Pretty sure it was being sold at £60 when it came out last year. Don't mind the sets being a little more than ALs due to the included dvds but £60 is too much.

Makes it extremely expensive though for people who don't have or want blurays.
