My point re filler eps is that if a TV station needs 26 episodes a season and the manga is only published once every 3-4 weeks u have a prob

no but seriously it ticks me off when i cant find the dvds im looking for .................. lol

i hate it when anime brings up child abused issues up
dont get me wrong its a issue that should be delt with, i feel so saddened when they show me something like that.
 
One other thing that gripes me is Rom-Coms, now they make me laugh, which is a good thing and a good Rom-Com needs some laughs to sustain it for the entire series, but what annoys me is the fact that they focus far too much on the comedy and not enough on the so-called romance, having two characters think "maybe yes, maybe no" for the enitre series isn't good enough and to be honest, because of this I just watch them for the laughs now, because I have next to no expectations for them as far as that side of them goes.

Well, it depends on how a show deals with it, be it anime or not. Besides, unless it's a moral show, it's most likely shown for shock value, so if you feel something by watching it, it's working.
 
I get sick of seeing episodes in shojo anime about the characters making friends with somebody who had a terminal illness with no symptoms of any kind besides coughing, or having to stay in bed all day. I hate hate hate it.

Also hate episods about characters making friends with somebody who is cute and musicaly talented but has a tragic secret.

I get sick of the accidental pervert ' oh no I fell and landed in your boobs' jokes. It was funny the first time, not so much the 1000th time.
 
I hate it when characters have sudden random power-ups (usually after being kicked about for a few hours), and when other characters stand about offering a running commentary. They're inextricably linked, of course, because those characters are there to explain all the random bullshittery to the viewer. To me it all comes off as awkward and unbearably cheesy.

Also, massive DVD subtitles. If a viewer's eyesight is that bad, they should be wearing specs.
 
One thing that annoys me can be summed up by this question: "Why do need to have opening titles that are 90 seconds long?"
