Bleach

Mmm, if that was the case, wouldn't Ichigo's mother survived teh attack of such a weak hollow? or else, the hollow would have to be considerably strong as well?
Anyway, Bleach makes little sense as is, so I wouldn't be surprised if such is presented at this point.

To me, the whole JUST AS PLANNED thing was a load of...

Next chapter, we'll get some nice drawings, minimal amount of dialogue and one attack.

Just as Kubo planned >.>

Having read this weeks chapter I can't say i'm too impressed, this is has definitaly gone behind Psyren in my rankings. The whole "revelation" is just silly, and i'm really, really getting sick of Aizen

So I hear Gin has been taken down like a fodder character, so much for the build up with him being a competent villain along side Aizen and Tousen.

He's trolling your fandom as we speak.

I was a few chapters behind on bleach, as it's been getting pretty weak, and I caught up this week and I have to wonder how Kubo is supposedly creating new arcs after this?

And I'm glad I'm not the only person that is really getting sick of Aizen. :p

Aizen is possibly the worse villain I've watched in anime form. I'm really struggling to remember a worse anime villain. And bleach used to be good until the soul society arc =(

Just because we know Aizen will loose doesn't mean we can't hate it, and call him one of the most badly written characters of all.

In response to your question:

I've got two theories:

1) The first i s she's a hollow who's regained her human form somehow (hence how grand fisher was able to kill her so easily and didn't say anything about her being strange)

2) She's something else other then Shinigami, Hollow, Vizored, arranacarr. This is more likely but then again Tite strikes me as the kind of guy who doesn't stick to what he's written already

I agree with black the Tite doens't stick to what he writes. Reminds me of Goku's Genkidama...

Anyway, I'm eagerly awaiting for Aizen's fall and hoping there will be some nice things coming.

With the latest spoilers out for chapter 401, it seems to explore what the hougyoku actually is. I'm not sure if the following is true or not but jesus that would be some plot twist and would explain why Inoue & Chad got powers aswell

Aizen talks about the will of the hougyoku and how it isn't merely to cut down the barrier between hollow and shinigami. Basically the hougyoku has a will of its own and what it seeks to do is to understand and then create what is inside people's hearts. So it made the vaizards true vaizards because that was Urahara's wish. It gave Inoue and Chad powers because they fretted over their own inabilities. Rukia was able to give Ichigo all of her shinigami power as it was her desire due to not being free of the pain she still felt over killing Kaien.

Aizen says that now the hougyoku is a part of him he can realise that. Gin and Ichigo interrupt but Aizen says he is mostly finished anyway. While exclaiming how worthy the hougyoku is of its name Urahara attacks from behind. Aizen, Ichigo and Isshin turn to see him. Aizen: "so you came afterall Urahara Kisuke."

And a very plausible theory came out straight after that

Ichigo and the Hogyoku...

Ichigo is Hogyoku!!!

Holy damn nuts!

Now everything makes sense.

It was said in the beggining that Chad and Orihime developed their powers thanks to their contact with Ichigo.

Ichigo gets his power ups from his wish of getting stronger or protecting his friend yet he is nowhere near the Hogyoku!

Aizen was interested in Ichigo right from the start.

I finally put it all together! I did it!

Ichigo has the power to understand other people's heart and bring their dreams to reality just like the Hogyoku!

Now that also explains how the hell is he able to defeat captains back at SS while he had a hard time facing weaker espada!

Renji wanted to prove himself worth of his captain and not long before meeting Ichigo he achieved bankai.

Zaraki was looking for a worthy enemy and reason to get stronger, Ichigo provided it.

Byakuya wanted to put his emotional wishes above that of his position's obligations and Ichigo made it happen.

Grimmjow wanted a rival who acknowledged him as a warrior, Ichigo didn't failed him.

Ulquiorra longed for a heart and he ultimately acquired it by sacrificing himself in his fight with Ichigo.

I now understand the fundamental powers that Ichigo has and that Aizen wants to put foward to his use.

&

I just started to cobble together certain would be random elements of past chapters.

First we got Ichigo's speech that he always understands his opponents heart in battle and how they were always trying to communicate with his own in some way.

Then there is the comment that Ichigo can't understand what is inside Gin's heart and he inexplicably becomes able to counter every single technique Gin shows and even get past the deceptions used to hide it's flaws and strongpoints.

Also we got Gin talking to Ichigo like he wanted something out of him whilist fearing him unlike the normal psychotic bastard that goes for sneaky KO head on.

Then now we have Aizen stating the hogyoku realized the wishes of Rukia, Chad and Orihime.

However the hogyoku couldn't have been inside Rukia at that time, that's completely illogical even by Bleach standards.

But Rukia on that fateful day pierced Ichigo in their hearts connecting each other deeply and their wishes (Rukia's wish to save Ichigo's life and Ichigo's wish to be able to protect his family and Rukia) came true.

Inoe didn't have considerable spiritual power before that incident involving Ichigo against her hollowfyed brother.

Tatsuki could see spirits better than Orihime yet the latter developed special powers while Tatsuki didn't.

We also can acknowledge that Tatsuki always had confidence in her own capabilities to defend those close to her never wishing to receive external power that she couldn't develop herself.

Chad wanted to be able to protec Ichigo's sister because o her importance to his friend and when his human strenght while great couldn't par with that of a big hollow he received his powers.

In hueco mundo he also wanted his powers to develop further as his friends were all fighting hard to save Orihime, then "bam!" he got his upgrade.

Then I recalled every fight Ichigo had with Aizen's latest revelation into account and everything perfectly made sense.

Ichigo has the same powers of the hogyoku and is by far the only being capable of effectively stopping it.
Also I have been thinking that the last broken chain like of zangetsu would connect to the hogyoku somehow.

Both of the above are from BleachAsylum.

I'm hoping its true!

Okay, this Needs to be bumped up due to the events of this weeks chapter

I never expected Gin to just kill Aizen like that, I was expecting a long winded final battle type thing... Wow.. just.. wow.. Bleach is good again!

Also, is Matsumoto dead? On Page 5...
Aizen: 'What happened to the girl?'
Gin: 'I killed her'

Bleach is now finally back to being good :D

A lot of us expected it to happen, buuuut... not in that way? I never expected him to actually find a flaw with Kyoka Suigetsu and for Gin's Bankai to actually be poisonous O_O. HELL YEAR GIN first character in the series to actually face Aizen with confidence and scare him! I was getting really annoyed at the past few chapters of Bleach as well, it was the same thing over again, with nothing happening to the plot... best chapter in a LONG TIME. I don't expect Aizen to die now, he'll probably waste Gin with Bankai or something, but... I am satisfied. Atleast as long as we get a nice backstory about Gin and maybe some more done about him and Matsumoto. Oh, plus I loved the art cover page for the chapter which I usually dislike

/// Totally isn't a Gin fanboy

I'm still expecting Aizen to just laugh and take him out in 1 shot, least Tatsuki's safe for another chapter \o/

that or Gin is the new main badguy
