Looks like Viewster might be getting back into the game, this time promising HD for free. I'd be pretty alright with this actually, if they end up with the titles that slipped through CR, and they're free and HD, I don't see a downside.

People will be getting sick of seeing me complain about this, but I'm really sad CR didn't get UK rights to Kiss Him, Not Me (especially as they have the manga!) and worried about what the situation is with it. I hope it streams somewhere (although not Animax), or otherwise I won't be buying it. The adaptation could be awful for all I know so if it's another Manga/Animatsu block then they've already lost a buyer. Good job guys...

That is crummy. I'm really behind starting this season but I'm also depending on the existence of a UK simulcast for Kiss Him, Not Me, and I'll be sitting out from any eventual UK release if one doesn't materialise in a reasonable timeframe. I haven't read the manga and was looking forward to going into the anime fresh; it's an instant pass if my physical location makes me ineligible for the fun.

Tiger Mask is another show which could go either way for me, so I was very much relying on a simulcast.

It's a little belated since I wasn't able to respond sooner, but I don't really like the remarks about The Anime Network forcing people to go with piracy instead. I agree that it's rubbish to split streams across multiple sites (especially since it's very likely you'll only want to see one of their shows) but ultimately when a legal offer exists and you just don't want to see a show enough to pay a few quid for a subscription then maybe you didn't actually want to see that show that much. It's way better to have it somewhere than nowhere, even though having Crunchyroll as a one stop shop for streaming is obviously the best weapon we have against piracy and technical complaints (not to mention personal bankruptcy :p).

Looking forward to hurtling through the end of last season and getting caught up soon!
