Now I'm back from the festive period, I just wanted to jump in to say sorry for folks still waiting on customer service responses - we've been shut down over the Christmas break, and needless to say we have a vast amount of requests to trawl through, so we will be working on these as quickly as possible while we're getting everything else back up to speed.

If anyone is waiting on a Christmas sale order still that hasn't despatched, that almost certainly means that it was waiting on the arrival of stock before the Christmas shutdown - unfortunately a lot of couriers were having issues so some expected stock shipments to our warehouse was delayed.

Thank you for the response. A lot of people are getting restless of no responses to queries, because of the high risk of parcels going missing.

My Order I'm still waiting for is: #165270.

I'm in no rush, just confirmation the order hasn't got lost and I will receive it relatively soon would be appreciated.

Thank you for the response. A lot of people are getting restless of no responses to queries, because of the high risk of parcels going missing.

We have had a batch of parcels (of which yours appears to be one), which seems to have gone AWOL in Royal Mail's service, so we're waiting on them to investigate that currently - I'll make sure your order is added to that list if it isn't already!

Needless to say, worst case scenario we'll reship orders (availability of stock notwithstanding) if Royal Mail ultimately decide they're lost, but usually when it's an entire batch they have a tendency to suddenly appear after an investigation, so fingers crossed.

No worries. It will be a bummer if it's lost, but this order was the BOGOF offer, so in theory you should have them all in stock.

I hope it goes fine for you guys. I know from a few items I've sent that's got AWOL, its a pain in the butt to sort out.

Could you add my ReZero order to the list. RM say they exported it on the 19th of December but it never made it to Ireland, order number 156831.
 
@Hanners Hello. I’ve just registered on this site, so I don’t yet have the ability to start a conversation with you. I have two orders that haven’t had any movement since 12/7 and 12/12, respectively, as well as an order for which I received an incorrect item. I sent a CS request for the latter on 12/30 but haven’t received a response. A Discord member suggested I try reaching out to you via this site. Is there a way to connect so I can give you further details? Thanks.

I need order numbers via DM to be able to answer that - typically anything that isn't shipped yet was waiting on stock that didn't arrive before Christmas, so it's very much item dependent. Everything that was fully in stock was shipped before we shut down over Christmas.

If you're on the Discord then give me a shout on there if you like - I'm currently personally working through some of the CS backlog to try and get things cleared also, so we'll get you sorted one way or another as soon as we can!

Just DM’d an enquiry about my outstanding order, as it doesn’t seem to fit this criteria.
I haven’t emailed, as I was kinda expecting it just to get sent post-Xmas break. It’s from the 7th - 1 month and 2 days ago.
 
Not sure if my order warrants a DM, but it was placed exactly one month ago on the 12th and still sits "unfulfilled." All items were in stock at the time the order was placed, and remain in stock still.
 
Placed my order on Dec 12th. Was told that it contained items that AL was waiting to arrive at their facility, so I guess they still haven't acquired them yet.

In stock on the store doesn't necessarily mean that stock is in place at our fulfilment centre, it could be stock in transit that was delayed over Christmas etc.

Looks like a bug in the newsletter system's pulling of price data from the store - £39.99 is the correct price.
