I think alot of it is due to them being extremely busy they have a lot of licenses to get out the door
Emailed them twice asking simple questions on two different topics - never got a response despite being a customer. Simply ridiculous.God, why doesn't United Publications sell anime anymore. Now I have to fight for every larger shipment from Anime Ltd, because they use the worst courier in the world, FedEX. Now Anime Ltd sent me a parcel, they did not attach the import documents and they do not want to give me the parcel because they contact the sender who does not respond to them (he has been complaining about the item for half a year - it is a joke. The fact that he is complaining about the lack of a bag in the box with vinyl records, but in November they wrote to me that they would send them at the beginning of January, and then they stopped replying). I thought Anime Ltd was the only one who didn't reply to me, but apparently it doesn't reply to everyone.
Once they had a day of some questions and answers on "X". I put my question there - they directed me to customer service with a text saying that someone would reply to me within 48 hours. I don't know if they lied on purpose - or if it was other people working there, but it's not very funny.Emailed them twice asking simple questions on two different topics - never got a response despite being a customer. UP like Okaku were both affiliated to Rightstuf, when Rightstuf went, they had no way to import US releases, that was the reason they existed, as importers, the UK releases were only done to increase custom, the owner of UP said it was time for them to go back to what they were created to do, publish unreleased publicationsGod, why doesn't United Publications sell anime anymore. I know this, but the UK market has closed significantly to Europe since Brexit. Zavvi doesn't ship, Base doesn't ship the same, Amazon doesn't have some titles (e.g. Gundam) and doesn't have UP. I stayed with Anime Ltd which is ok as long as I don't have a problem. If I have it, no one will help me here, because CS doesn't exist there. Additionally, they use FedEX, which is terrible, expensive, etc. (I pick up a parcel for 30GBP and pay 20GBP for their terrible service). Thanks, Anime Ltd. I would prefer to pay £30 for shipping and have DHL.UP like Okaku were both affiliated to Rightstuf, when Rightstuf went, they had no way to import US releases, that was the reason they existed, as importers, the UK releases were only done to increase custom, the owner of UP said it was time for them to go back to what they were created to do, publish unreleased publications

Elfen Lied.
My Hero Academia - Heroes Rising.
Cowboy Bebop -Netflix Ost.
Lo-Fi Ghibli.
No dupes or additional copies in mine, got charged €21 in VAT and fees from Fedex. Don't be surprised if you get a paper bill from them in the near future, last year I got the VAT bill for my Christmas order from them in May.I received Heroes Rising twice. You as well or am I lucky?
FYI bought the box twice, for a mate and myself, and got heroes rising 4 times even
Also not VAT paid at all. The postal company did not ask for it
Maybe I was lucky then. Also regarding the duplicate items. No dupes or additional copies in mine, got charged €21 in VAT and fees from Fedex. Don't be surprised if you get a paper bill from them in the near future, last year I got the VAT bill for my Christmas order from them in May.
It's look like Sentai Limited Edition from the USA. I mean, like a copy 1 to 1.Looks like the Venus Wars standard and CE are up for order on the AL webstore already.
CE.

Rent-a-Girlfriend seems to have a lot of controversy surrounding it. I am very curious to try it out for that very reason, haha.
May opt for the standard edition as opposed to the CE.

I should watch Rent-a-Girlfriend and see if I would be interested in getting this - especially if it is more of a romance drama than a RomCom, which I generally don't care for. No idea what the controversies with it are, but usually the more controversial something is, the more I am interested in seeing it. I love stuff other people are so offended by, lol.

Anime comedy is extremely hit-or-miss with me. No idea what the controversies with it are, but usually the more controversial something is, the more I am interested in seeing it. EDIT: Oh, trashy, huh? Excellent!
Maybe controversial is the wrong word - perhaps it is better described as divisive. People seem to either love it or hate it going by the reviews on MAL and other sites.
