I got my disc 5 replacement too. Thanks AL.
Just send AL an email. They should get back to you with the info needed. How does one get the replacement disc for EVA.
I have the Zavvi CE release of it.
What does it matter that it's "only" an extra (forgetting the fact that "robust bonus video content" was one of the big bullet points for their release)? The fact is, that a part of their "ultimate" Evangelion release is literally unwatchable unless you understand Japanese. For a product that costs £200 having such a glaring error (how did it even make it past a first pass of QA?) having a well-documented and accessible replacement scheme should be the bare minimum. They absolutely should be automatically sending you out a replacement disc if you had bought it directly from AL. Only knowing that a replacement scheme even exists because you read it on a niche web-forum should be, frankly, inexcusable.I believe the expression "If you don't ask, you don't get" applies here. Ultimately it's a missing subtitle track on a live action "extra" that most people wouldn't have even been aware of had it not been flagged.
I was almost expecting to have to first provide evidence of the destruction of my original disc 5 in the form of video footage showing me affixing it to a wooden cross before setting it alight in an act of ritual sacrifice.![]()
So is Blood C delayed ?
Maybe by Christmas this year...
Yeah I’ll likely be double-dipping eventually.Dammit...looks like I have to triple dip on Emma.
Huh, they licensed both seasons of Emma at once but there is still no information about Kakegurui Season 2 I wonder if it is still planned or if it has been cancelled.
Dammit...looks like I have to triple dip on Emma.
I love Victorian Romance Emma but not sure that I can justify triple dipping when I already own the US BDs.
I’ve got the original Nozomi sets (never selling them) and I got the singles in the kickstarter, I couldn’t afford the whole set at the time. I’ll get ALs and then sell my kickstarter singles. This would also be a triple-dip for Emma for me - I have the two original Nozomi DVD box sets, of which the first box looks just like the box the UK is getting, and I also have the Emma Kickstarter BD box set. Did anyone here get the Kickstarter set? I can't remember if that one was open to the UK or just the US:
