I know you probably get requests all the time but could you maybe release sword of the stranger. It has never come over to the UK and the only option at the moment to get it with english subs would be to spend about £35 on a spanish import that apparently had english subs.

Re stripes- it's an odd choice to you because you're deriving meaning from the wrong place. The stripes were never mean to correspond to the number of volumes in the box but rather a design choice based on Kill la KIll's packaging as a whole

Re cover design - can't please everyone alas but the design was based on a highly restrictive set of assets and a genuine desire to do something interesting design wise as opposed to a cookie-cut using the only keyart available. France did similar to Australia but in a clamshell for example, Germany did the same as Australia etc. Worth noting is that profile pic didn't cut her bottom half off - it matches the original illustration which came from Volume 9's cover in Japan with 100% accuracy and we felt was a nice touch instead of a blank spine
.To be fair - if you're not buying it anyway it's no worry for you I guess anyway - but glad to see both sides of the coin on it and personally I'm very happy with the work given it's no only very unique on the homevideo frontier compared to the rest of the world but we're also offering it at no extra cost as part of the service
. Ultimately if we'd wanted practical & a bit dull we'd have taken less time to approve or design but we went instead for something far more interesting, no less practical (moreso I'd argue as you can lift each volume out without tipping the box) and with a real feeling of care into the design
.Hopefully regardless of it's the box for you or not it makes sense

Don't worry about it, like I said, its obvious that the response in regards to the box has been very positive by everyone here and on your social media channels to say the least and again I noted the surprise that you went out of your way to not only delivery one of the more requested items for the KLK set but also put effort into the box itself instead of going to easy way out, I guess I've just been burned plenty times over and in the end prefer the easy way. The stripes was just a silly ocd gripe, one that I have whilst understanding why it's designed the way it is in the first place and again is something that 99.99% of the people buying this will have no issues with, because in the end there is no issue. Is the lid hinged or removable? In any case, I will watch the release on the sideline and will resume purchasing Anime Limited goods when I'm personally happy with the way things are heading and the way this box turns out for people will play a role in that, but for now I wait. As it goes, I've been burned too many times and...I've got enough on my hands with those stupid Amiibo's...
