We're getting Akira twice in the same year?

A new 35mm print of 'Akira,' struck from the 4K master, premieres at BFI Southbank in August before touring U.K. cinemas.

I know the recent run did well for them, but this just doesn't feel like something you need to push in an already busy theatrical slate. This is why I get annoyed and say AL seem to play favourites with titles.

It’s a shame that Utena is OOP, hell I’ll take a UK theatrical release of the movie
