I assume you're putting Animatsu, Manga and Kaze all under the same umbrella there. Also, when did MVM do FMA? I thought the 03 series was Manga and ADV.

Pretty much. If you (and everyone else) do decide to try out the series at any point in the future, I recommend starting with Fullmetal Alchemist first followed by Brotherhood.
The reason is because the 2003 adaptation adapts the original source material at a good pace before going into the original storyline. Brotherhood rushes through most of what the 2003 adaptation has adapted until it gets to new material in which the pacing starts to slow down.
