Pretty sure Diebuster was released here in the UK on DVD at one point (Beez maybe?) Thankyou for the list though, v helpful to keep track

I know the compilation films did by Beez with Bandai Visual's discs, but I do recall the OVA series may have seen subbed DVD UK release. Problem is that these older releases are very hard to identify unless you lived through the UK anime scene back in the day.

UPDATE: BBFC lists Diebuster for a 2008 DVD release by Beez so I can update the list.

I have the French Beez edition of Diebuster and that one also has English subs. Not sure it that counts.

They quickly said there bringing mamuro hotsuda (definitely got the name wrong) films (girl who left, wolf children, summer wars), there will be more films but they can't announce them yet.
