Crunchyroll has the rights, and no it's only released as a regular Blu-ray in the US. No UK release.

Revolutionary Girl Utena is up for pre-order at the reasonable early bird price of £69.99. I'll certainly be having that! Though I do wish that the art that AL are using on the amarays were the design for the outer box because they're gorgeous and the box is...well, I'm wondering where that hand is going...
