Anime at the cinema

Attack on Titan: The Last Attack has listings at my local cinema now but unfortunately I'm booked in at work both days, at least it's something I've already seen for the most part though would had been nice to see the finale on the big screen.

They have a new listing now for tomorrow which I would be able to see after I see DBZ: Battle of Gods in the cinema but I wouldn't get home until quite late and I don't fancy being out all day so I'll have to skip this one.

On 19th March, All the Anime will be bringing out Witch Watch: Watch Party, which covers the first 3 episodes of the upcoming series due to air this April, Witch Watch, based on the manga of the same name. I found this out through the Odeon website, and the locations are limited.

I was going to see Witch Watch as it will be playing near me in a week but seeing as it's just the first 3 episodes I think I'll just pass on it. I did see The Colors Within (not at the theater) and it was pretty good.

Summer Wars and Wolf Children are up on ODEON's website with their release dates being in August. No Girl Who Leapt Through Time yet, I really want to see that again when it's in cinemas. Right now you cant book or see where they will be screened but ofc at some point closer to release tickets will become available.

Jujutsu Kaisen is coming to the theater that I usually go to in the middle of this month (July), I was going to watch it but upon doing a bit of investigation into the series I decided to pass on it. Update-I decided to watch it and got my advance ticket yesterday for the 16th of this month.

The Light cinema chain has back end pages for Colorful Stage e.g. Sheffield but you can't find these by going through the normal booking process yet (you can just change the city name and it works, tried a couple). This going out at the same time as Summer Wars when even the blockbusters are stacked (Superman, How to Train Your Dragon, F1 The Movie, Jurassic World Rebirth, Fantastic 4 as well as family movies The Bad Guys 2 and Smurfs) feels like a bit of a fumble.

Summer Wars 4K had a showing at my local theater Sunday but I passed on it as I have a bluray of it. While it's a good movie the tickets were $15 and it just wasn't worth it to me.
