Here's the exact problem with the UK GiTs Laughing Man/Individual Eleven discs. 1. Full resolution screenshot from BD.com. Taken from the US Bandai release of The Laughing Man. While this is a 1080i release and not pin-sharp, I find it acceptable: 2. The same shot, taken from BD.com again...

Standard definition upscaled transfers, (looking at the US screenshots on BD.com, they're clearly not the same), complete with sharpening artifacts. English HoH dubtitles ONLY, no proper English subtitle stream. It only took them six years. Ass-clowns.
