I thought I'd try The Swordsman.
Simply because it was directed by the person that did The Killer and starring the same actor.
I loved that film so here's hoping.
The Blu-ray was out of stock and there's no extras so happy with the DVD.

Ended up getting The Wild Geese.
Didn't really need the film as I have a free newspaper DVD version but the extras look interesting. A commentary with a South African historian is first on my playlist.

Got these items last Sunday during a Retro Gaming Convention in the Netherlands. I was primarily looking for Pokémon Blue and a Game Boy Advance SP with an original backlit screen. After I succeeded for both items (after less than 2 hours) I walked around to see if there were other interesting items and I found a huge Stunfisk plush that I had to take home with me!

Had volume one of the Dragon Head Tokyopop release so decided to get two and three to get a good sample of the translation.

Volume four of With You, Our Love Will Make It Through came shrink wrapped so things must be heating up this volume.

Shugo Chara was discounted on Amazon so I thought why not. Need the Del Rey now to compare.


This really is a beautiful cover for a spectacular movie.



Forgot I pre-ordered this but it’s a gorgeous book.

Since I recently pre-ordered the MediaOCD Blu-ray copy of the OVA "White Album" release for this title, I decided I should pick up a copy of the OOP TV series as well - got this DVD set used from an eBay seller for about $100 after discounts:
