Didn't this happen with another release a while back? I think it was Gunbuster.

Just when you thought Amazon couldn't be more villainous, they pull this crap again.

Is there anything redeeming about that “Slam Dunk” title?
I’m ok with some other ‘sports’ titles such as Tsurune or Megalobox or Blue Thermal (or Chidori etc), and likewise Initial D or such.
But something related to (and focusing on) team sports and realism(?) sounds like a bit of a tedious nightmare. I guess at least it’s not football.
Mind you, Girls und Panzer is kinda a team sport, as are all those ‘exotic weapon school’ titles.
 
Question for @Hanny, assuming Andrew has retired from forum support following much ptsd (pls cum back, I miss ur passion for Gankutsuou French audio inc in Eng release/releasing the steelbook without a title on the spine 💌): is the Cyberpunk CE still on track for the 8th?

Far be it for me to complain about AL being a week early in this new era of corporate efficiency, butt I noted Devilman with the same release of the 8th was dispatched early/yesterday. I also noted that Cyber was not included in early bird redux, unlike 😈. And that for some reason the cheaper steelbook ver has been doing the rounds. 'Tis displeasing to pay more for less tbh, but this I'll forgive.

Tltr: is Cyberpunk CE still on-track/all green for the 8th? Thx

Well, I made my order of 8 CE titles at 7:00 pm my time here in the US (GMT -5) on the first day of the sale, then contacted them 3 hours later at 10:00 pm to ask about adding a title to my order. I got an email reply back at 7:00 am the next morning saying I can only cancel the order and then reorder with the extra title, but I had already left the house for work, so I didn't see that email until I got home that night. In the mean time, I had received a second email just 4 hours later at 11:00 am stating that my order had shipped - so that was only 16 hours after I had placed my order, way too quick for me to cancel and reorder. Almost made me feel like they shipped it out quickly on purpose just so I couldn't do the re-order. I know that's really not the case, but still... 🙁

I really need to find out if the title I need is in one of the Mystery boxes, and in which one, to see if I have enough interest in any of the other titles to make it worth my while to order it that way - having to pay two £25 international shipping fees is quite painful, and especially if I get hit with tariff fees to the US twice as well.

Do AL wait to dispatch all your orders at once, as I've made about 5 orders over the last few days, including 2 within the first 10 minutes of the sale launch, and none have been dispatched yet. Or is it more so if I made a bigger order that it just takes a while to package especially as they will be do busy with orders atm?
 
What’s with these Gundam Seed “collectors” sets, that have for some reason been split into two halves?
One coming with the box, and the other just happens to be the missing Amaray to slot in with it… And to top it off; you can just bogof each pair for £20 instead (save £30)
We’ve kinda had some “split sets” before, but not that bad.

Then there’s Build Fighters: exactly the same in that someone forgot to put the second case in with the first each time.
But wait, it gets worse: the ‘standard’ edition is complete in a single Amaray, so half the space and one fifth of the (discounted) cost. I just can’t work out what the point was any more.
