It's usually the other way around. An error is spotted in a collector's edition and then the disc is fixed for the standard edition, while corrected discs are then sent out to those who purchased the collector's edition (if the error is significant enough).

With the company now choosing to list the standard edition as having SDR presentation, we can only assume that the initial description was made in error and the disc was always meant to have SDR on it, rather than HDR.

But yes, not ideal when people purchased the CE whilst having it advertised as containing HDR10.
