I have a question. Is there any info out on whether Grimgar might have a shared disc with France? I already have the Funi box, but if I could just the French dub so the English one on the same disc I'd jump at replacing it.

It is such a rare thing for us to share with France the same discs. I wouldn't count on it.

For those interested I have a spreadsheet covering the Anime Ltd licenses including disc authoring, US licensor, UK streaming etc. Basically something I did as a back-up in case something happens to AUKN.

Space Dandy Season 1 and 2 were also authored by @Anime's go-to authoring house Com' On Screen, but season 1 doesn't have French language options.


I'm still waiting for that Space Dandy Season 2 standard edition.

Considering Australia had it in 2016, I hope AL are at least planning to release the full cour in one set after such a long wait.

True, but this came out years after the expensive as hell multi part releases, plus was a standard edition, which AL's almost certainly wouldn't be.

AoA uses cheap cardboard cases what (for the price) are pretty unacceptable.

I'll see if someone from AL replies before looking at importing the AU Blurays. I wouldn't mind waiting even another year for a release, just as long as it gets a release

I'll still take a side-load AoA slipbox over the piece-of-crap o-card slipcovers Funimation uses, any day... at least there's no exposed, cut edges to fray and mushroom like an o-card has - such a stupid design.
