I can see they wanted to cover a few areas of plot/character development but Episode 12 felt so much like the end rather than a mid series boss that I think they should of aimed for 13 episodes and slimmed the 1st part down to allow for the few bits that the 2nd half added.

Oni-Ai Ep 1-12

Nothing deep and meaningful but amusing enough with a twist at the end that I wasn't expecting
