i couldnt watch the rest of suzuka cause it was boring all there was is just high school romance, jealousy, ect nothing but romance it was suppose to be a romantic comedy but i couldn't watch.

so instead i watched * dance in the vampire bund*

Un-Go 4

Okay, this series is improving now. Also, an episode with Inga helping the detective cheat...instead he used a robot that conveniently can't lie.

Chihayafuru - Episodes 1-4

maes was right it is pretty good, it's tugging at my heart sometimes, I know it's an anime about Karuta and that but could they give it a rest sometimes.

School Rumble - Episodes 1-2

I was on a random anime watch and I ended up on School Rumble somehow?

All right page 600

Magic User's Club

Well the other day I completed Magic User's Club, both the OVA series and TV series. I can certainly say that this was a highly entertaining and addictive show to watch that I found it hard to put it down to go "Well I best finish this other show I started first". It had a nice plot, good humour and innuendos without going to over the top.
Though not for all, the dub is pretty decent too, if Sae's voice doesn't grate your ears (as I said she's kinda like a cross of Chiyo-chan and Sherry Lynn), Lisa Ortiz, Kevin Collins and Mike Pollock.
I guess it was luck that UP1 had some copy's at their stall at the Expo last weekend, and thanks to Marty who knocked 4 pound off from the retail price. It defiantly was a better choice then getting Magical Meow Meow Taruto.

Genshiken2

The second season off genshiken places Sasahara at the helm off the club. Expect lots off geeky jokes and ecchi compared to the first. I really need to go over it and watch it again, but what I could get the animation company didn't do a bad job taking over what the first one did, also you can sense how the cast get into the flow off the characters. It loses me sometimes to think this is just another anime. Just listen to Bill Timoney playing Madareme again is something else, he's like the Derek Steve Prince of New York. I think it might be worthwhile to read the manga on it as well just to see Shimoku Kio's work on it, I always read how diligent he is on creating the scenes.

Astarotte no Omocha!

Also I got through watching Astarotte no Omocha! just yesterday, and am planning to read the manga shortly. Law's mentioned about the manga being better, but I hardly see the anime being entirely bad. To me it shows off a young girl -with such a high status- finding it hard to fit in with daily life and being recognised by her mother. I do find that after ep 5, things started to go at a more even pace and exhausted most off the "drama" by then. It's plot is very simple and mundane, only set in an alternative realm.

It's been a very busy week ;-;

Shakugan no Shana III -FINAL- 5
Pretty good. I'm loving the atmosphere of this series, really does feel like a build up to a final climax. Only downside about this episode was the rather random point it finished with.

Fairy Tail 104
Boy the humour seemed so forced in this week's Fairy Tail.

Bakuman 2 episode 6

The outcome of this episode was not what I was expecting, but in a good way. Had it gone as expected it might've signalled a turn into more cliché romance anime territory. Still, it was a very conflicting, and not a little uncomfortable, episode to watch, had I been in Mashiro's situation I'm not sure what I'd have done.

Nizuma remainds his usual self ("LET'S HOSPITAL!!") and I'm glad we seem to be approaching a true duel of the mangas with Nizuma and Ashirogi muto.

The Disappearance of Haruhi Suzumiya

Holy hell the characterisation in this film...I love how easily it came across how weird Kyon must have looked when everything first happened. It's awkwardly hilarious to watch, but that's what's so fantastic about it ("Hey Mummy, Kyon's gone crazy - he's talking to the cat!" xD)

My enjoyment of the film was inhibited by the fact that my little brother and his friend would not either A) Shut up B) Get out of the room. If I turned the volume up, they started to obscure the screen! Luckily, the friend's Mum picked him up before the second (and most epic) half of the film.

The characters really felt more human than in most anime, because they had even the smallest reactions. I found the normal Yuki to be absolutely adorable, and I found the fact that Haruhi had stayed with Kyon in the hospital for three days really touching.

For once it was nice to see a story that revolve completely around Haruhi; nice to see her take a bit of a back seat for the other members.

This movie had its thoughtful moments, its dramatic and shocking, and its adorable ones. Truly a fantastic film; the only negative I'd say about it is that it goes on for quite a while (about 2 and a half hours).
