I'll try again another time. Earlier this evening I abandoned a viewing of Banner of the Stars so perhaps I'm not in the optimum frame of mind for anime without zombies and boobs.
 
That was the charm of it ;_;

Hopefully once the HOTD effect wears off you'll enjoy it more, or we'll have another Blue Seed Situation.

Yeah... I think you'll understand that my first comment after watching this raw was that I was literally exhausted from concentrating on the words. :lol:

It's not nisioisin's best work by common consent, but I still think there's enough of his snappier lines in there to make it worth the effort when paired with the excellent visuals.
 
question to everyone
ok have you ever brought a anime and when you've got to it in you backlog you get a feeling not to watch it or not want to watch even tho you dont know what the animes about.

it happened to me when picked up ghost hunt i never heard anything about ghost and when i was about to watch it i had a feeling of excitement and while i watching it and finished it i loved it.

but when i picked up battle vixens season 2 i didn't want to watch it, maybe im afraid of being disappointed but i know it got fan service in it in some parts so why can't i. maybe its cause the first season wasn't that good and im worried this seasons going to be a flop. or maybe its something else.

has this ever happened to you guys

Sacred Seven ep 8 - oh cool, a whole episode of "be annoyed by Aruma". >_> This show has threatened to pick up a bit with the introduction of a couple of better characters and the potential conspiracy storyline, so this felt like a weird time for an ostensibly fluffy episode. Ruri's cuteness can only stretch so far.

its not that i dont like watching it i love dragon ball z.
the problem is that it takes a long time to get though all of it.
iv seen dragon ball z over and over and over.
you see if im going to watch something iv already e.g.

lets say there are 5 series to watch and i watch one disc per day and each disc has 4 - 5 episodes.

but before or after i watch the new series im watching, il rewatch a series iv already seen e.g, dragon ball z one disc per day * you could say that its a filer to pass the time or i just want to watch it*
also if im going to watch a series i have to watch the inter series, its the way i am, its like if i watch DB i have to Z and GT

Went to Crunchyroll and chose a random series. It turned out to be...

A Bridge to the Starry Skies - Hoshizora e Kakaru Hashi

And... it's exactly what you'd expect from the 'group logo'.

It's also one of those series where a character that is 23 years old is declared as an 'Old Woman'.

Sometimes things like this exist just to depress us :(
 
Wolf's Rain 1-5

Bit behind the times on this one. A good start to the series but in typical Bones fashion the character inhabit an interesting world about which nothing is explained. Maybe it will be later. Maybe it's actually a good thing as it is, after all, just a backdrop.

Beez's DVDs don't look too impressive, though. I don't know whether it's the source material or that I've just been watching Highschool of the Dead on Blu-ray, but the image looks softer than it should, which doesn't do the muted colour palette any favours (could be the NTSC > PAL conversion). The art and animation, however, are up to Bones' usual high standards.
