Yes, I probably agree with that, although I didn't think it was 100% outright predictable by any means.Dracos said:It could have done with some of the twists actually being more of a surprise.

God said:Best episode since the first and second, easily. The last two haven't been great, with needlessly long Nazi speeches that could've been covered with a sentence or two, a very cheesy speech by a random old guy and no great fights; the good parts not being shown or being too short. But this had an awesome last stand sequence, complete with Seras shooting the **** out of an airship and then a small army of invading vampires... with huge guns.
Seras improves the anime a lot: she's the only character I can relate to, near enough everyone else always having insane grins on their faces and being evil. Arucard is impossible to think nice things about after the fourth episode, for example. Really, Seras is the only 'pure' character in this ****** up story, and she even adds some decent comedy.
I have a question, by the way: what's with I-hate-everything-not-catholic Anderson going from a complete nutjub to saving Integra AND then being happy to escort her? I know I'm not meant to think too hard about a story with vampiric, 21st century Nazis and people with X-Men abilities, but I see some semi-serious character no justu going on with him in these last episodes.
Kami said:That trailer, combined with the following YT comment, have made me a little excited:
"He isn't. Unless they added him. But he wasn't in the manga. He should be coming back for the eight ninth and tenth one. Next is all about Seras and her transformation into a full draculina."
The Hellsing mansion last stand is going to be continued, focusing almost fully on the best/only truly likeable character in Hellsing. And, hopefully, an epic showdown between her and Zorin will be included for some hot girlxugly girl action.
FFVII is my favourite game, so, by using foreign logic, Hellsing VII will be my favourite episode. It's in the stars.

Yeah, I thought you might have meant that, it certainly didn't take much speculating on message boards before most people had figured out most characters' roles.Dracos said:ilmaestro said:Yes, I probably agree with that, although I didn't think it was 100% outright predictable by any means.Dracos said:It could have done with some of the twists actually being more of a surprise.
There were a few twits that were better hidden than others. The main thing that could have been better hidden was who the unrevealed Hime were. There were quite a few shots that just said this character is more important than we have made out so far, that is why we are giving a supporting character so much screen time.
