Bleach Episodes 308 to 310 Welp, that's the Arrancar arc complete, only took me about 2 years lol I'm not even sure how I feel about it to be honest, I guess I just kinda expected more from the final fight between OP Ichigo and OP Aizen. Gin dying legitimately makes me a bit sad, he was one of my favourites, never doubted what side he was on for a second lol. All in all I enjoyed it enough, it was dumb fun and I'm kinda sad it's over but I'll watch the rest of the anime stuff and maybe pick up the manga afterwards to see wtf is going on, although I hear it's a bit silly and should have ended ages ago, same has been said about the anime though lol.

Ghost in the Shell Stand Alone Complex-Episodes 20-22

Episode 20: FINALLY this show returns to it's main storyline. And you know what? This episode was fantastic. It continued on the most interesting part of the show, the laughing man plot, had some good action towards the end and has a hell of a cliffhanger ending. After going through about 4 or 5 'Okay' episodes in a row, I'm so glad to finally get an episode I can glass as Great again.

Fairy Tail (2009) - Episode 01-03
If ever a show had been horrifically missold I think this is it. I was expecting it to be slightly more action based, rather than a quite frankly stupid romcom with occasional magic. It's either the most atrocious piece of **** ever written or the best show of the past decade, and I genuinely cannot work out which.

I find it ridiculous that they pointed out Grey for stripping too frequently, but as far as I can tell, Romeo is the only character who doesn't undress, wear minimal clothing and/or whore himself out for personal gain at some point in the first three episodes, though that will presumably change the moment he turns 12 (Edit: Just looked up his more recent character design, really? Does nobody wear appropriate clothing in this show?)...

There's also a series of surprisingly crude innuendos (mostly about Natsu riding Happy) that I can't work out whether they're intentional or not, and a quite frankly bizarre joke about anal bleeding during the third episode. I'm assuming something got lost in translation because it makes no sense and is massively out of keeping with the rest of the show.

Heavy Object - Episode 05
This show seems to be near-universally disliked, but I'm really enjoying it. It's weird that both Qwenthur and the Princess are texting each other in untranslated English though, given according to the series official lore apparently French is their preferred language...

Also, why is the military emailing commands to it's officers? You'd think they'd have a mechanism that was slightly more efficient and secure. I wonder what kind of spam the military gets...

The Asterisk War Episode 5.
Okay, episode 4 was absolutely awful; me and my youngest brother watched it together and spent the whole time laughing at how bad it was. I decided to give the series one last change with episode 5 and erm...it's still absolute garbage. So a young girl is beaten by her uncle and the only way to make it stop is to beat her in a fight she wants to win? Okaaaaaay...dropping this for sure.

YuruYuri and Hakone-chan remain consistently on point though.

Great Teacher Onizuka (Japanese audio) - Episodes 27-28

The filler episodes are done for now (those wondering it's 25-28), they're pretty good but it felt like the animation was rather off.

Usagi Drop ep 9-11 (complete). Easily one of the best slice of life series I've seen, though the ending was a bit disappointing simply because it left so many plot threads hanging.

I think it's a good thing that the series stopped where it did and as animefreak17 alluded to, didn't adapt the rest of the manga.
In case you or anyone else is curious on how the manga ends, a teenage Rin ends up falling in love with Daikichi and following her high school graduation, they agree to get married.

I loved the anime when it aired and admittedly only just bought the DVD a couple of months ago. I plan on forcing Mum to watch it, because I think it's one of the few anime series' she'll enjoy.

Gundam 0079 30-43
Zeta Gundam 1-9

0079 is amazing for something made in 1979/80 however it ends on a line ending the war which is bit poor maybe if it got all 52 eps the ending may have been better
Zeta is starting pretty good too probably a better start than 79

Ghost in the Shell Stand Alone Complex-Episodes 23 and 24

Okay, the show is starting to loose me a little in the plot department, I'm having a bit of a hard time keeping track of all these different politicians and the like and how they are connected and stuff. I get the gist of it but I have a feeling this will require a second viewing at some point to make the story completely click for me.

The manga revealed that they actually weren't blood relatives, if I remember correctly.
