H.O.T.D is awesome and I swear I haven't seen a anime like this ever the animations awesome and story's awesome the characters are awesome but there one thing that's really pissing me off bad.............................. It's to f****** short iv only seen the first disc and I'm already disappointed it not being more longer. I was going to show my mam but after seein ep 6 I better not lol my mam is scared of zombies but she likes the movie of them lol

Panda! Go, Panda!

Fairly standard kiddies anime from one of my favourite directors and other Ghibli alumni, but it is well crafted and looks like a very early precursor to Totoro - a sign of what was to come!

Honey and Clover II Episodes 4 - 12

My-Otome 0 ~S.ifr~ Episodes 1 - 3

Towards the end of the first episode I was half expecting to see Ford Prefect to walk on with a towel and say to Sifr Fran "don't panic". *

Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood Episodes 1 & 2 (Rewatch)

I recently watched my brothers' blu-ray of The Venture Bros. Season 4 with him during which he kept remarking about how he had not seen any of my blu-rays recently. He has also been vocal about how he never gets to watch teletubbies with me (his name for all the anime I watch on my gaming TV since all he can hear is the Japanese voices while he is in the other room) so I decided to put this on for him. Whether he watches all the epsiodes remains to be seen.

* This is because during the fight scene at the end of the first episode I heard what sounded like the Eagles' “Journey of the Sorcerer” which was also used in both the BBC Radio and TV versions of Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy.

Panda! Go, Panda! Rainy Day Circus

Still simplistic but better developed than the first film.

Eureka Seven AO - Episode 6

A brilliant, dramatic episode.

element gleade disc 1 * first-time
naruto boxset 7 disc 1 * first-time
flcl disc 3

tomorrow

something tells me im in for a disappointment with element gleade for two reasons

1 it looks like a series iv already seen before * same formal * guy gets stronger on his quest thing
2 iv just finished a hyper awesome anime and i think this series might kill my buss from HOTD

but who knows it might be a a awesome anime or it might be crap but lets wait and see

Gaiking - Legend of Daiku Maryu ~26 - I dunno why, but i'm enjoying the hell out of this. Could be the opening. I mean, when shouting "GAIKING" at the top of your voice makes islands explode, what else can you expect? It's good fun, and tis a shame i've only a third of it to go now. Does anyone know if this was given a US release? I know crunchyroll and amazon video have it in the US, but i can't seem to find a physical release, which is a shame, since i want to pick it up.

Sakamichi no Apollon 6 - Last weeks episode was for many reasons, annoying as hell. They put a whole volume of the manga into one episode, missing out a ton of content, and yeah, you can even tell it was badly paced. This weeks wasn't as bad, but it still covers too much content i feel, and again misses a few things it shouldn't. I realise it is a 13 episode series, but they still have 7 episodes to work with, they don't need to rush it that much.

Space Brothers 8 - Another solid episode. I do love how, throughout all of this, they've made Mutta feel real. I can relate to him in certain ways, laugh with him, laugh at him. It really works out so well. It never feels overpaced or underpaced either. I can safely say now, i think next to lupin, this is my series of the season.

Ramen Fighter Miki 1-4

Also checked out the extras on the first disc and spent 20 minutes watching Hitomi Nabatame and Ami Koshimizu playing Jenga. It was genuinely riveting stuff, more so than most anime I've watched of late. Koshimizu has lovely elegant hands, fyi.

I watched Cat Planet Cuties all 13 episode in 1 night finished about 3.15am on Tuesday

Had a couple of days off then watched Fairy Tail Part 1 again on Friday then Part 2 Sat night in the early hours but that was my fault for watching Sherlock Holmes 2 inbetween disc 1 and 2 of Fairy Tail.

About to start Negima!? or Carried by the wind : Tsukikage Ran.

Voltes V,episodes 1-10.Another series i should have watched ages ago considering how much i love Combattler V,i know Tōshō Daimos was getting fansubbed but it seems to have halted wish is a shame because it would be amazing to finally someday have the whole Robot Romance Trilogy complete in my collection.

Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood Episode 5

Ghost Sweeper Mikami Episodes 19 & 20

My Bride Is A Mermaid Episodes 4 - 6

I wound up watching that as well. Thought I'd watch around 5 minutes, ended up watching the whole thing. It was funny how they had to be careful about breathing on it in case it fell over towards the end.

Crappy show, can't believe I watched that only for seeing Eris in heat
I read the description when Crunchyroll started simulcasting it and decided it was garbage.

And yet they focus on dubbing that over say, getting the Geneon stuff sorted sooner...

Mobile Suit Gundam AGE - Episode 32

Oh so predictable...

Dragon Half - Episodes 1 & 2 [Final]

Even more entertaining silliness from the 90's, love it!!!

Full Metal Alchemist Brotherhood 2-4.
You know, much as I want to like this, I'm not 'feeling' this yet.

Part of me wonders if the fact I saw FMA [original] about 7 years ago, as my younger brother wanted me to watch it, means I've perhaps moved on and my tastes have changed somewhat since I saw the original version; or simply whether it is because I saw the original version, and Im not so happy with how much weaker the opening and the nina episode/arc is.

Redline

Oh god that was beautiful. I needed something to just chill out to after a hard day, so I ordered in a pizza and put this on. Gorgeous as anything and really great when it got going. Now I need to order me the soundtrack.

Kara No Kyoukai 3

Ok so I should have watched this last week but life exploded in my face and eh whatever. It was the last one I saw before and I still adore it now. I just love the build up to the fight and the action itself is great. Also can't get enough of Yuki Kaijura's soundtrack.
