Un-Go 5
Hurray, character development! Shame the actual quality of the case suffered because of it - really should have been a 2-parter to give each of those aspects time to shine. I knew it was what's-her-face to begin with. Why? Because she built the statue with the compartment in and would have had to know they were inside. I found the whole friendly fire theory to be baseless and stupid.

Bleach 346

I'm not sure if I like the anime team mixing filler into non filler (Especially the Tsukishima stuff). Also, why can't they decide on the shape of Ginjo's head? xD

Oreimo 7-9

I was worried that the series had well and truly jumped the shark with the shenanigans of episode 8, but it was back to its hilarious best in episode 9. I took a chance on this show and it's turning out to be one of the best things I've watched this year.

Shakugan no Shana III -FINAL- 6

This series is advancing rather slowly, which I'm liking so far. Rebecca Reed has instantly struck me as an interesting character, also, she gave Wilhelmina some much needed character development. Also, nice to see that unlike last week we actually have a cliffhanger Hecate wanting to get rid of a helpless Shana? I'm guessing Yuji comes in to intervene xD.

EDIT: Pokémon: Black & White 32 ("Iris and Excadrill Against the Dragon Buster!")

I was really looking forward to watching this episode dubbed; Georgia (Langley in the original Japanese) is one of my favourite characters this season (behind only Cilan) and I really liked her dub voice. There was one problem with the episode though that really niggled me: The audio quality.

I'm not sure why, but the entire BGM sounded like it was being played while underwater (y'know, that kind of weird effect) which I'm fairly sure wasn't in the original Japanese. This also affected the dialogue, particularly Iris and Drayden's lines (and a few of Georgia's). I'm not an audiofile, but even my 7-year old brother noticed it before I had a chance to mention it. I also wished Drayden's voice was a bit more gravelly.

Going to the actual content, I liked this episode as it gave Iris some actual character development, however, I do think the Excadrill issue was resolved too quickly (seemed like he was just being stubborn waiting for an apology xD).

EDIT: Rewatched on ITV Player; the "Underwater effect" was gone, but bloody hell, someone tells the sound engineer to turn the audio down!

Hunter x Hunter - Episode 6

NETERO! The old man is a pure beast! the sushi part was left out but It didn't matter because it was never interesting anyway, next weeks episode is going to awesome!

Fate/Zero 7

Nice trees. I wonder how gory the obviously cut scenes will end up being. This episode was wonderful, though it's not looking good for Caster. I am assuming though that what might happen next week is that Kayneth is the one to fall, turning things back in Caster's favour...but we'll see. I love the cast in this show so much I don't want anyone to die yet, but I think some are going to have to soon to make the plot more manageable.

Planetes 19-22.

The series has definately headed down a different tangent so far at this stage, than I'd expected at about episode 10. Will be interesting to see how it all ends up.

So little. :(

Now only up to date on Horizon, Bakuman, Gundam, and... that might be about it. All of those were pretty good again this week, for very different reasons.

Yesssssssss. You don't know how legitimately happy I am to read that. (This is like the nice version of "I told you so")
