Best of rivals.
Had it's fun moments, but others have noted not as good as the original series.
Art and animation hold up to the main series though.

Realisation.
I felt this season was both treading water and rushed at the same time. Obviously it didn't help with the 6 month delay halfway through either. Hopefully the next, and last apparently, season gets enough time to do the story justice.
Art and animation were the same as always.

My Love Story with Yamada-kun at Lv999 ep 13 (complete)
A tale of 2 confessions.
This had some funny moments, but the romance aspect moved at a glacial pace. I would say at tectonic pace, but at least you get earthquakes or volcanoes with that! The only character that really stood out was Akane, the rest of the main cast were either annoying or boring (apart from, Momo, who is more of a side character).
Art and animation were fine. Probably a bit too much text on the screen at once on a number of occasion.

Mashle ep 12 (complete)
Truth mirrored.
A fun shounen romp which is like a mash-up of One Punch Man x Harry Potter. Nothing too deep about it and none of the characters are particularly stand out, but I'll continue next season.
Art and animation were OK.

Hell's Paradise ep 13 (complete)
Qi point.
This started off as very interesting, but maybe tailed off a little. I think maybe too many characters survived the initial thinning of the crowd. The bad guys probably went down too easy at the end, but the power creep of our main cast seemed a bit more natural than other shounen shows as they learned from experience rather than failing and then have a training arc. Again the ending isn't an ending, but was a bit more satisfying than others this season. Another one with a second season announced.
The art and animation were very good and the designs of the characters and the monsters especially were cool/creepy.

Horimiya: Missing Pieces ep 1
This is a collection of events cut from the series original run. I believe Non Non Biyori did the same, but unlike that there was an actual plot to Horimiya so it'll be hard sometimes to work out where they are in there relationship although the events in the first episode are easy enough. School trip and Pool day. The second one hardly involved Hori, so I can see why it was cut.
My Tiny Senpai ep 1
Seems like My Senpai is Annoying except the roles are reversed with the short OL being the senpai rather than the kohai. In terms of character design she's more Uzaki-chan than Igarashi-san. Also seems like it'll be a little more risqué in the comedy department.
! I loved the first feature-length episode and feel it's really captured the original manga in ways that the live action drama couldn't, being a different medium and all that. I'm pacing myself by not watching it all at once so I'm hoping it continues to stay as faithful to the original manga as this. (Not sure about the score at the moment, though.) This episode animate the whole of the first volume of the manga (as there are 19 volumes in all, we're not going to progress very far in these 10 episodes!) I hope you'll feel intrigued and entertained enough to keep watching...
