Listening to Ultra Beatdown and thinking how Strike Of The Ninja sounds hauntingly similar to Bon Jovi - Livin' On A Prayer (The chorus'). Anyone else think so??

It's there mate, I can sort of hear it! Though i wouldnt go as far as "hauntingly".

I only say hauntingly; because its Dragonforce  I mean why would a power metal band sound like Bon Jovi

Massacring Frenchmen. (In Medieval II: Total War)

Did they make the map outside of battle less hellish than in Rome: Total War? That was the one thing that turned me off about the game after the first Medieval, you could end up totally screwed over because of the tiny visibility range of your units, pathetic speed, and that horrible system of governors for cities.

It's better than Rome. However, if you use a lot of seige equipment it still takes a long time to get anywhere. For this reason I tend to convert the cities on the edge of my territory to castles and use them as seige equipment warehouses for passing Generals to grab as they go past. The cities tend to be happy as long as you leave a few units garrisoned. Governors are only really needed in a city that doesn't like you being there, and there's an easy way of sorting that little problem - Exterminate Population.

There's a reason my current monarch is called King Rufus The Malevolent.

Just tried on all my Sixth Form suit outfit thing, for the first time because I start tomorrow! Thank God everything worked out nicely and looks decent (?). I hope everything is going to be awesome for the first day/week/year. Doubtful, but I can hope.
