Ascendance of a Bookworm Part 5 Vol 1-12: Finally I have finished (the main arc)! 33 300+ page books telling the tale of a a young girl making her way up in the world. V6 of this part was a look back at how far Myne has come, as they prepare to move forward. Then it's a rollercoaster ride to the end, with V12 wrapping everything up neatly. I may delve into the short story collections, fanbooks and the new series about Hannelore once I've rested. So many late nights fighting sleep so I could finish chapters/volumes.
I also read The Hero and His Elf Bride Open a Pizza Parlor in Another World, a very silly (but short, at just 150 pages) story which has so many plot holes and contradictions it is worth it just to scratch your head at how it was deemed worthy of translating into English.
AND I've started The Abandoned Heiress Gets Rich with Alchemy and Scores an Enemy General (V1-2), which has interesting ideas but both main characters have very irritating personalities. Plus V1 of My Next Life As A Villianness: All Routes Lead To Doom, which I thought I'd already read until I spotted the anime on my shelf.
