Puchi Carat for the Playstation 1. I remember borrowing this game from a friend years ago, but I forgotten what is was called and it was bugging me, so after doing some research I managed to find it just by remembering 2 of the character's name.
At CamCon, me and my friends won the quiz. There was an option to go "Double Down" with one of the 8 subjects, which would double your score for that area. We did that with the video games, where we only got one question wrong. So even though we totally mucked up the later subjects (and used a dice roll to decide a lot of the answers), we won overall. My cut of the haul was:
- Accel World Part 1 (DVD)
- Bakemonogatari Part 1 (DVD)
- Fate/stay night Unlimited Blade Works (DVD/blu-ray double pack)
- Ooku (manga)
- Some kind of thermal mug thing.
To be honest, the sheer number of prizes was...so much. We didn't know what to do with it all, so we divided it between ourselves, as well as shared stuff we didn't want with friends (there were some things like a Dr. Who tea pot). There were also things like Fate/Zero volume 1's collector's edition on DVD (which I suggested a team mate have as I have the blu-ray) and Mawaru Penguindrum volume 1 (which I already own).
I would have preferred Accel World and Bakemonogatari on blu-ray, but for free, I can't complain. If I like the shows, I can always upgrade too.

I got a puppy! It actually happened!
Was hoping to post in the what did you receive pictures thread but the photo is too big in size so I can't post it or resize on my phone
He's a tiny maltese yorkshire terrier I've named Charlie. He's such a well behaved boy. We're getting him used to my Brothers dog now in hope when we are all out, they have eachother. They've been play fighting so we'll see. She's taller than him atm so she's boss
We werre pondering on Tues getting him and his sister but it would of cost £810. Some woman bought his sister yesterday morn so my Mum went to visit him after getting my Brother from school and she said it killed her seeing him all sad and alone in the cage in the pet shop so she bought him then and there for me. He's not as lively as he was with his sister in the shop but hopefully that will change. May try and post a photo of him some time
He's my little boy, I'm a mummy again! I lost my Penny in Jan, I do feel kinda bad it's only been like an 8 (almost) month break but she's still clearly my only baby girl and I cried this morn through missing her.

Aww puppy! I love the name Charlie, so sweet. It's the best feeling being a mumma to your pets :lol: I have a basset hound called Holly and I love her to bits! We lost our Penny (golden lab) this year too it'll be good for you to have something to lavish all your love on ^-^ As a side note, where I stay I have never seen puppies in a pet shop. Occasionally kittens, but that's about it.

No way did you have a baby girl named penny and lost her this year too! I'm sorry you lost her, my girl reached 17 and a half. Having another pet around helps, thats why I dont feel bad over getting Charlie even though it is still perhaps a bit too soon but I'd of lost him to someone else otherwise which was NOT happening hehe.
I love All Dogs Go To Heaven, watched it after Penny left us so his name makes me think of Charlie B Barkin instead of Charlie Bucket from Wonka hehe.
I don't like puppies in a pet shop, it's so lonely but I guess for this instance I have to be thankful
