How long did it take people get rarewaves order? Ordered few items that were despatched on the 3rd and still not come yet?

the postage was the 48 thing Royal Mail do that doesn't mean 48 hours.

If you live in the UK, you know I think my Rarewaves order arrived a few days after I bought the things on their website, I wouldn't worry too much at this stage but I certainly hope you get your order soon

I only ordered Amagi Brilliant Park because the Rarewaves listing said it had a poster. I've seen it before and have no real intention of watching it again.
It doesn't have a poster unless it's the reverse of the cover.

I ordered the 2nd helping of Plus Sized Elf at the same time and the email said everything posted but I don't have it.

Also I can't remember whether you tend to watch more dub or sub but ABP is def better subbed, even though the dub's not bad it loses something IMO

I'm subbed only, even with English language shows/film.
In my opinion the Funimation regulars are just not good enough. There are better out there. Totally Spies is great. DC are great.

The first print run of Amagi Brilliant Park included the poster as well as a chipboard box and plastic slipcover. Is annoying no listings ever got updated, same with DanMachi S1 and other Animatsu titles which got that treatment. Took me a little while to find the edition of ABP I wanted, especially for a good price.

My Rarewaves Crunchyroll sale order also arrived, and was considerably better packed than the first time I used them.

I'm a fan of the movie of Moto Hagio's They Were Eleven, but hadn't realized that some of her other works are finally available in English. After hearing a review for this on Anime World Order, I had to grab it.


I wasn't prepared for how hefty this volume is. It's a 500-page A4-ish format hardcover that even impresses Grimlock with its chunkiness.

Venus Wars!?!.......I remember renting that on VHS as a kid cause it was the only anime available that wasn't rated 15 or 18! (And back when I thought all anime was hyper violent/sex trash, not helped by the marketing methods of Manga Entertainment back then)

I have been a bit busy over the last few months so here are my purchases from around end of July until now:

I would 100% recommend Scifier if you haven't used them. Cheap books. It's £1.99 for delivery per order (hence a bulk order). You can pre-order books and they won't hold up your order. I did have to wait a couple of weeks for them to gather the order together.

Packaging was amazing. Most of them came in one box, bubble wrapped in bundles. Heaven Delusion (both) came separately in cardboard envelopes (like Blackwells). For Berserk, they included foam corners (see picture).

I might return Sleep Princess Volume 1. The spine comes around on to the front cover, you can just about see it in the picture with the beginning of the Viz logo. Depends if I can live with it or not.
