What did you RECEIVE today? PHOTOS EDITION!

I finally completed the Durarara!! x2 series with the last two Aniplex volumes for my collection:

I also picked up an inexpensive but colorful weather station with a wireless outdoor sensor and lot of informative data on the screen:

I have a great weather station. I look out the window, if it's raining I wear a coat if it's not, I don't. Cheap but effective 😋

Well, this weather station was a whopping $27 from Amazon, so it's cheap and even more effective - I like having the humidity and barometer readings since I'm very sensitive to humidity, and I especially like the daily highs and lows for temp and humidity both inside and out, which reset at midnight every day. It replaces an identical unit I had that died after 2 years, and the reviews seem to indicate they don't last long (cheap Chinese junk), so I also purchased a 4 year extended warranty for an extra $4, so I can replace this one for all but free when it goes.

His house must be like the batcave though

To the batcave, Robin! Lol, I've got electronics all through my house - I used to collect, buy and sell higher-end vintage stereo equipment from the 70's and early 80's up until about 10 years ago, and still have a good bit of it setup around the house. I even have a Marantz quadraphonic receiver from 1974 - probably older than most of you kids on here, lol - I remember some of the local FM radio stations broadcasting music in 4 channels back then when I was in high school, so it's a somewhat nostalgic piece for me. :)

My Grandad always used to get us that and The Broons :)

They used to alternate, oor Wullie one year, the broons the next. I was never much of a fan of the broons. I have got every oor Wullie annual going back to 1966 (the year I was born). I'd love to get some of the even earlier ones but they go for silly money. I once saw someone selling the first one (1941) and they were asking £25,000 for it 😂

I used to collect Oor Wullie and Broons annuals (as well as Beano and Dandy ones - all buried in a cupboard somewhere.) when I was wee. I don't have anything super rare/old, but some of them indeed go for stupid money.

I finally own the Japanese release of Bullet Girls, it's been on my list for a few years now. In addition I also picked up Muv-Luv Extra/Unlimited. I'll be picking up Muv-Luv Alternative at a later point (pretty much once payday arrives).

Since it's an import I added Bullet Girls to my Blogpost and Wordpress for those who want to see the packaging and what not.

Thanks to a certain user i'been looking Jackie Chan films for a while so i was really happy to see nordic countries getting this boxset that includes 8 Jackie Chan films and it only cost 20 euros which is a steal. Also picked up Drunken Master from zavvi sale.

I wasn't actually planning to pick both Yakuza games but first Yakuza 6 was on sale and then soon after a certain ****** Finnish chainstore happen to have good deal on Kiwami 2 so i also picked it up. Probably will be a while until i get around playing six because i'm currently playing first Kiwami and i don't think it would be a good idea to play three Yakuza games in a row. These are the type of games you want to spread around.

The bad gameis here!

20181011_115109.jpg
Steelbook
20181011_115045.jpg
Zombies Art Cards (would've been cool if they did one for Classified)
20181011_115221.jpg
Specialist Patches
20181011_120531.jpg
A Popsocket (Yay???)

It also comes with the Season Pass and bonus digital items so that's pretty neat I would say.

I'm mainly here for the Zombies mode since there's four maps on release with the first Ultimis map in 8 years, a return to Alcatraz for the Primis group as well as a new Chaos Story which should really give Jason Blundell and Craig Houston a lot more freedom with the story.

From what I've played of the Beta, Multiplayer was a step in the right direction feeling more traditional and yet changing certain elements enough to make it a unique experience.

Blackout is my first proper experience with the battle royale genre and considering they've had less than a year to make it, I think they've done a great job so far. Blackout is a great way to celebrate the last 10 years with references across the past four games.

If Treyarch delivers on the community support they've shown the past few months this could easily be the best game cycle in the series. So yeah I'm hyped.

You'll want to install that asap if you want to play it any time soon. The disc version requires a 50gb patch to play it.

Madman's Eromanga Sensei Volume 2 blu-ray finally arrived today. I know, everyone here is an AOA snob, but both parts of the Madman blu-ray cost the same as one part of the AOA blu-ray, and I'm all about saving money on anime when I can.

And the latest Yu-Gi-Oh! Decks collection arrived; Legendary Hero Decks this time.
