Only used them that first time and I had no problems. It was easy to do on their site and to track my parcel until it was delivered.

i've had a few from secondspin that were still in the original shrink wrap but they say on them used-guaranteed so do i complain about it? strange thing to guarantee

You want to look for "Made in Mexico" on the shrinkwrap. If it's there, it's the original shrinkwrap.
