One of the few 90's anime that Sci-Fi screened and I managed to avoid. A good thing to because it might have given me nightmares. Shame I didn't miss M.D. Geist... What. A. Waste. Of. Time. That. Was.

If I quote your post, you have a very much different code to the one it is showing me for copying purposes. I am seeing this:

enclosed in an "<iframe></iframe>" tag.
 
I see what's happened. YouTube have created a beta code that uses iframes. When you click on embed, under that code box there should be a check-box with the label "Use iframe embed code (beta) [?]". Just untick that for the normal code.
