Here's my votes:

Episode - APFTTU Ep 12
Actually during my rewatch it wasn't as impactful as say 10 & 11 (&5 &6), maybe because it was the one that had the biggest impact first time round and I was ready for it!
OP Song - Went for Winding Road by MAN WITH A MISSION, but it was close with FranXX and Bunny-Girl Senpai
ED Song - There were 2 that I have brought on the list (Asobi Asobase and APFTTU), but I had to go Other for this and vote for another I brought Dirty Bullet by TRI4TH from Hakata Tonkotsu Ramens
Manga - Another I had to go Other for. Really surprised not to see Laid-Back Camp on the shortlist especially as Hakumei and Mikochi was, which I thought would have been more niche. Maybe as I nominated it as Yuru Camp 🤷‍♂️

Best New Girl - No APFTTU girls! 😮😭 Having said that it's really hard to pick between them so I went for Asirpa from Golden Kamuy

  4. Golden Kamuy (slightly cheating as I'm combining both seasons)

  10. Angolmois: Record of Mongol Invasion

Top 5 are pretty set, but there's another 15 shows with an 8/10 vying with the 6-10 spots.

A little gutted that Tokyo Ghoul: re wasn’t listed under best illustration but a more straightforward manga design-wise like WotaKoi was. Don’t get me wrong WotaKoi has some nice illustrations but Sui Ishida really did some amazing panels with re.

This was the worst year for OPs and EDs for me since I started simulcasts. And doing this list reminded me that this year was also the most disappointing of my simulcast year’s. (Surprised no Devilman crybaby especially how well it did in ANNs poll)

I would've voted for SHINY DAYS in the OP category but it felt like a throwaway vote tbh. The manga and LN category is made up of the only manga and LN I've really read this year and neither made the nominations.

I liked Hand Shakers, but have no intention of rewatching.

Anyway, I haven't voted because I haven't watched enough of the anime for a vote to be fair (and my favourite series of the year is not in there). I'm tempted to just do a write-in of either SukaSuka or MahoIku for the light novel category and then submit with the rest of the form blank but that would feel wrong and I'm not sure which of those two deserves it more.

Also, a pedantic point that Rimuru Tempest is not male. Slimes do not have genders.
