As with most Manga releases that have made it to second printings, I image the slipcase will only be on the first print run. Hence the need for repeated messages on the insert. Except if it's only going to be a limited run anyway...?

And don't knock the star! It's better than the irremovable triangle of distraction.

I had thought that a possibility but there's still this singles thing hanging over us, but you right, it could be a triangle, a star shows they made some effort to have it fit in a little more
 
MangaUK seem to have switched to the US cover art for FMA - The Sacred Star of Milos:

Definately a better cover more in tune with the series, but don't you think from a general perspective it looks like some dodgy bloke spying on a lot of little girls?
