I'm surprised they're not advertising that as "£90 off". ^^;

What exactly is in this boxset though, or do we just have to blind order and cancel later if we don't like it?
Judging by the way it was promoted on Amazon it's going to have all of the Ghibli films directed by Miyazaki (possibly even Castle of Cagiostro).

I can't remember where i read it but I saw something saying it may just be a straight up reproduction of the JP Miyazaki box set, which would explain the price point.

Final version for Nekomonogatari Black (with the BBFC logo):

Ah, so they did go for that art work on AOT Part 2. It's a fantastic piece of art but for people who haven't seen the show, it's such a spoiler :|

Amazon have the cover for Bodacious Space Pirates Blu up, and either they just did a rough cut and paste of the DVD cover (PAL), or it really is a 4 disc 1080i release...

Amazon haven't got the larger covers yet but here's a quick glimpse of Toradora:

In any case it's going to look like this:

It looks pretty finalised and has the correct EAN on it, but it doesn't mention 1080i?
Sentai's complete collection is three discs (down from 4 over the two parts), but Hanabee's is 4.

What's with all the stripes of colour, that seems weird as hell

Yes it matches the logo a bit, but that still seems like a weird choice

I-is that the disc count being kept to the boring technical information at the back of the box that no one reads?!

Well number of discs is a semi-boring piece of technical info so it's finally gone to where it should be. (the only time number of discs is relevant is when there's to many episodes on 1 disc, yet the reason they seem to like the number of discs being on display is because people think they get good value with more discs when really people should look at number of episodes to disc and how many episodes in an actual release vs price)

It's not uncommon for MVM to take the DVD cover and cut it for BD.

MVM either didn't notice or ignored my query about Bodacious Space Pirates earlier in the month as well, and now we see this.
Under the assumption Sentai is telling the truth about theirs being 1080p this means I'm not even in the slightest interested in MVM's version anymore.
Unless, that is, they rectify this "mistake", but I think it might be too late. It might have been too late when the DVD cover went up already.
So... Urgh... Frustrating isn't even in the slightest the correct word for this.

Not to mention the fact the BSP logo is there twice on the front cover.
I hope to see some good news about this release, but I'm not holding my breath over this one.

This looks really good. (If you notice something "weird", DO NOT mention it.)

I really like the coloured bars all over the cover, and the circles on the back. Otherwise the cover would've felt too plain I reckon.
As it is, it is one of MVM's better covers in my opinion. The circles on the front should be raised up a bit perhaps.
And in my opinion it's unnecessary to mention it is a "Complete collection" on the spine/front (it's the only edition out there, only one "volume"), but ah well.

Do I like it more than the NIS America version? Hmmm... They both have pros and cons honestly. The artbox would've been nice for sure.

You're welcome. ^_~ My failure wasn't as much of a failure as I thought there with PITUK 1.
The only thing MVM need to "learn" now is to keep the purple rounded rectangle off the spine of Blu-rays. But they're doing a fine job for now.

Let me be honest with you, I don't see the spoiler as somebody who hasn't seen the show. XD
I have no clue what you're talking about, the show is called "Attack on Titan", so that there're titans in it isn't news.

The "spoiler" is something that anyone who watches the show anyway will probably figure out their self. But I absolutely love the cover.
