MVM are also a retailer. For that matter, you'll find the following on Manga's own online store: "Please note your card statement will show billing by MVM".
 
Perfect blue is shipping now

Great news everybody! Looks like Perfect Blue Collector's Edition is shipping on the 27th now too. The expected delay till the 2nd of December has been avoided and you should receive your copy very soon!
