And now I do have an email on this subject of shipping. Although I guess no detail, just reassurance that the orders are not forgotten.Actually that's a valid point. As a retail outlet facing tremendous delay regular mass email updates would have been nice to see, rather than us relying of checking a forum to see what's happening.
Though admittedly it is absolutely fantastic to see the level of engagement shown here. Not many places would do that. However I presume not many customers would even be aware of the forum so they would be in the dark, unless they reach out directly.
So the criticism and suggestions have presumably been noted and acted on.
