UK Anime Christmas Sales for 2025 [Anime Ltd's 12 Days of Xmas + More]

I'm back from a couple of days out so I'm currently chasing outstanding stock that is still holding up some orders, which should be the only remaining major impediment beyond pure shipping capacity.
Could you make an estimate (percentage) on how many orders have been shipped & how long it might take to ship (most) of the remaining orders? Like are we talking about 1 or 2 weeks left or even more.

This might avoid some additional customer requests for the next days.
 
My order statuses, both presumably considered larger orders:
  • Order #1, made 1 December, after site was back up but probably before sale prices were fixed as I only ordered Crunchyroll titles using the sale 10% coupon - not yet shipped
  • Order #2, made 2 December, shipped 16 January
 
Ya'll still waiting? Iuno why ya'll ain't cancelled at this point like, insteada the endless hope 'n pray order... err, ordering lottery. Act like a sucka and yer gon get treated like a suka.

A sense of inner peace overcame meeee, the moment my order was cancelled. 'Twas refreshing. No more waiting for anime that, deep down, none of us truly even want. No more posts despairing over day 1/2 orders. Only calm stillness remained~ 🧘‍♂️

Let it go, brothers. Anime Limited have made anime lose £ value, long before they stopped valuing you as customers. Just buy what you ordered elsewhere. LET IT GOOOOO
The AL Xmas stuff is always subject to delay and disaster.
I expected some of that, but am slowly getting items. At best there would only be a pound or two of interest earned/lost (1%?)
I’ll come back for hugs in February if the last of mine hasn’t made it by then.
 
My second order of two random blu-rays, and a third order of BOGOF Gundam blu-rays finally arrived!
With Diebuster finally arriving last week or whenever it was, that's my Anime Limited Order Backlog finally all arrived.
Now to add them all to my Anime Watching Backlog for the next decade or so.

I'm also still waiting on my only order on Dec 3rd to be shipped, which has only 7 items. I can understand a delay because of missing stock but there has been NO direct communication about it. I only read here that it may be the reason. I still have no idea how long I'll have to wait.

Actually that's a valid point. As a retail outlet facing tremendous delay regular mass email updates would have been nice to see, rather than us relying of checking a forum to see what's happening.

Though admittedly it is absolutely fantastic to see the level of engagement shown here. Not many places would do that. However I presume not many customers would even be aware of the forum so they would be in the dark, unless they reach out directly.

I'm actually planning to send out another update today via e-mail on any unfulfilled orders - the main reason I've been avoiding more regular updates is that there's nothing much more to say other than "all orders are being shipped out as quickly as possible", and it's depressing enough having people claiming we're all AI chatbots as it is... 😅

Just got the update. "Unfortunately, due to this we still aren't able to offer a precise ETA on any individual specific orders, but at the current rate of shipping we'd expect for outstanding orders to be cleared by the end of next week (6th February) as things stand."

Fingers crossed.

And I know the update says that you guys want to do better during future sales. I just hope it will be better.

But again, thanks for the update.
