UK Anime Christmas Sales for 2024 [Anime Ltd's 12 Days of Xmas + More]

Credit where credit is due. Anime Limited could have easily left the last chance to buy products at RRP and probably still have sold it all.

When they said on the preview video they weren't going to price gouge us, I just thought they would price them at face value, but to reduce them in price as much as they have is excellent.

We all take jabs at Anime Limited (and for good reason), but I think it's important to remain balanced and praise them when they do things that genuinely have the customer's interests in mind.

Today gave me the item I needed to go above the threshold and get free shipping, which is good as Garden of Words was getting low. Almost 10 left now.

Venus Versus Virus DVD at £4.99.
Decided just to eat the £3.50 for one item. £8.49 still a great price in my opinion.
Didn't desire anything else strongly enough. A few possibilities but not feeling it enough.

Just checked my email and it was posted 3 hours after ordering.

I'm a bit disappointed that the Re:Zero part 2 CE didn't return with the AL exclusive art box, but I guess it's better than seeing it return and already OOS before I got it. I'll never get that art box

i hope not that's an awful way to respond to a question specifically asking about more titles... i have more faith than that... but yeah you could interpret it that way solely from their words.
 
Mostly BOGOF titles for me this year (thankfully the mystery boxes seem to have been spoiled, as the TV boxes include a lot of duplicates if you bought mystery boxes in the past and if the spoiled content is true).

Unfortunately, they still don’t really seem to care about customers from Europe. The new limit of 150 pounds for free shipping leads to additional duty fees on top of the VAT and courier charge you already have to pay. I don’t understand why they are not using IOSS like most other sellers from the UK that deliver to Europe (it would at least help for orders below 150 EUR).

I hope they start shipping the orders a bit quicker than last year as I will be away around Christmas and FedEx is not the easiest courier for delaying a shipment to a later date. My first order from 1st of December 2023 only shipped on the 12th. So, fingers crossed that it will be a bit quicker this year.
 
I love mvm, but, their sale is quite poor, prices of those collectors sets can be had cheaper and have been cheaper in the past, and some are still cheaper through amazon aswell
Surely animelimited arent going to do alot of mvm stuff at reduced price considering they havent reduced them, themselves? Strange one
 
So we supposed to be getting more collectors deals and a redux on the EBs at some point? There's some things I want to get but they are a we bit newer... Plus lupin part 6 kinda just sits there stagnant...

Yeah.... There's that too in the back of my mind. Especially one title that I mentioned earlier in the thread. I'm just stretching here in my wishing!

It's too bad neither company checks this yearly posting. They used to make comments directly here.

Mvm do pop on once or twice a week
Keep in mind their is only 2 people who work at mvm aswell,where as animelimited they have a larger team, animelimited used to be active daily on here few years back, and then they got bought, and then, they stopped🤔

I had them in my basket from yesterday as I thought they may be part of the last chance to buy as part 2 came back in stock yesterday.

When I checked on them last night, there was around 150 left of part 1, and then about 25 each of part 2 and part 3 left.

Not sure how many were left by the time the sale actually went live.
