I can't tell what sale this is in reference to, but if that's Season 1, it's worth £0.00 if you want to watch it with subtitles given they are missing from one episode, assuming they never fixed this and I'm sure they did not.

It's not much of a discount but Blackwells currently has a 10% discount code (TENOFF) for in-stock and pre-orders from their site. I've used it to pre-order a bunch of books.
 
Asking $3000 is one thing, getting someone to pay anything close to $3000 is another thing.

Unless it's something dodgy relating to washing some dirty money (rather than the usual high street cash only barber shops which do a roaring trade even though nobody ever gets their hair cut)
 
I mean it's a nice set and all but not $3000 worth of nice-if I wanted to sell my set I'd ask for $300 and that ain't a gonna happen.
And what sets am I gonna buy? What ever I like that aren't expensive (usually nothing that's more than $40 to $50), the most I've spent for something in the last 3 years was $120 for a used bd set of Macross Delta from japan.

Heheh I'd not considered the eBay laundry service, which does make sense now when I recall some of the similarly ludicrous pricing on there.

I jest, as I certainly wouldn't buy anime at stupid prices nor with a view to sell, rather only with a view to add to my fiercely guarded collection (as family members who foolishly or inadvertently approach it find out😅).

You and me both, sometimes when a visitor comes I tell them you can look but you can't touch my collection.
