Can only seem to choose the £7 recorded delivery... Kind of kills the deal for me :?

Same. I opted against buying it, since I'd rather save my money for Kill la Kill and Hal. :(
I seem to recall Andrew saying something about the free postage option being available for orders over £15.00. I ordered 2 copies, 1 for myself and 1 for my brother so I could use the free post option.

I see. I thought there was a problem with my browser or something.

Edit: Reading their Facebook post and it says "Free shipping lowered to £10.99 for today..." :?

Makes sense as people won't want to take advantage of the offer otherwise (and I imaging Hal will be in a similar situation as well if and when it becomes deal of the day).

Anton, Zaavi has Outlaw Star for £16.99 albeit awaiting stock. I was upset I missed it too so got it off there.

I'm looking forward to seeing the clue for tomorrows and hoping it's something I want!

Also, all those Tenchi's on Rightstuf, none of those are that original series that Cartoon Network had, right? God I'd love that series.

I'm not sure, but wasn't it Tenchi Universe that showed on Cartoon Network? I'm only guessing here, as Cartoon Network here in Portugal only showed up until 8 PM and then changed into TNT, but I believe Tenchi Universe is the most likely candidate for a network to broadcast. If so, it's on Rightstuf's site.

EDIT: Welp, according to this page, it was the OVAs that were broadcast on Toonami. In that case, apparently only the first 7 episodes are on the site (the first OVA series, then).

Actually that's the third OVA series. The OVA Collection contains the first two.

You're right, I totally thought it was the first one. Instead it's the one I really didn't like. My bad

Everybody makes mistakes. And I hear Ryo-Ohki! isn't as good as the previous OVAs anyway (but for under £10 I would buy it).

Yeah the third OVA series doesn't capture the essence of what made the first two so great. I tend to just rewatch the first two OVA, they're perfect as they are imo. How I love the Tenchi series, I wish we had more other than that upcoming series of shorts :(

The thing that confused me was that all three Tenchi OVAs are named Ryo-Ohki (only they're named Ryo-Ohki 1, 2 and 3) in the original and just Tenchi Muyo! in English. When I saw just Tenchi Muyo Ryo-Ohki on the site, I thought it was the first one and I completely forgot about the English name. But yeah, the third one is pretty disappointing and was a chore to sit through it. I actually saw all three not long ago (about a month or so, if that) and it was such a huge clash animation-wise, not to mention the story and the new characters introduced really didn't do the original OVAs justice.

Not really much of a bargain when they are selling the blu-ray version for £11.00 but I guess the dvd version will be free shipping like Tiger & Bunny was yesterday. Since I am waiting for a Shinkai boxset I'll pass on this deal myself.
