But I'm glad Obama has won. He just have good ideas which could benefit the country.

Ideas from politicians usually stay that way.
But still, I do hope they become more than that.

On another not, did anyone catch his conference, when he said, "a nuclear armed Iran is unnacceptabe", if you ask me thats just asking for trouble, when it comes to military capabilities, Iran is a whole different ball game to Iraq.
Sounds like Bush to me, more world policing.

I did hear that yeah, it may sound like world policing, but it'll all depend on how Obama approaches the subject, from what i can tell he will be looking for a chance to open negotiations with them, but how far they go will be another thing. Iran's president/prime minister i think did mention he was glad Obama won, so could that also add to more chance of negotiations panning out?

Thats the thing that makes it even weirder though, yeah Irans president did say that he was happy Obama won, and that he thinks Obama will finally change foreign policy, but now days after, Irans president is likening him to Bush, saying that Iranians who expected a change from the previous administration policies, would be dissapointed.
Hmmmmm.

Thats a fairly big claim to make, to be honest. Yes he said it was unacceptable, but even then it doesn't mean he's going to go with war to sort it. The reason he was elected was because he's different to bush, he has a completely different mindset, he's actually got the intelligence to be president and from what i can tell, he will actually listen. If McCain was the one to win, there would be next to no doubt that it'd be another Bush administration. All Obama can do now is build up his cabinet, and prepare for presidency, ok there is a fair bit he can do in that time, but he can't put his plans into action, so in that respect, all everyone can do, even Iran, is wait till next year, and whatever happens then, happens.

Only time will tell ey.

Lets hope its a good sign, however, I can see him repealing a lot of things, but lets hope he repeals the things that matter.
Civil liberty for example.
Looks like Bush and his cronies are trying to cause as much more harm as possible before they give up the ghost.

Its definitely a good sign, not only the stem cell research but he also said he's protect wildlife areas from drilling for oil, if Bush decides to drill those areas. However as you said, Bush could easily decide to set up more orders within this, his last 70 days. Some say he won't be able to put up that many new laws/orders within this last set of days mainly because the cabinet/senate is now more democratic, but even still, he could still have a few go through. Obama will only be able to reverse so many in his first 100 days.

Obama is going to shut down Guantanamo Bay. It's certainly a good start!

That will be a good start, but it all depends on what opposition there could be against it, i expect the majority of the democratic side of things will agree to shutting it down, but again, we'll need to wait and see. As the article says though, it may require a new system for trials, but that hasn't worked for the past so many years, so it may not be the best solution, so it'll be one thing they all need to really think on.
