Wasn't the problem with patlabor down to the cost of getting every episode of the TV series rated being extremely expensive because the dub and sub version were not considered the same (or something like that).

Yeah with so much coming out and so many companies pushing for more series it's become pretty tiring for me. If companies are so desperate for content then just look no further than the many series, movies and OVAs that haven't been licensed yet lol
