I'm not a cider fan myself, however i really enjoy stella cidre and kopperberg summer fruits. tootie fruity brothers is nice (and toffee too).

Friday night spent at home watching the new POtC with the family *coughs*

Saturday went round the gf's and helped put up decorations (banners and the such) for her mums 40th birthday, then the bouncy castle guy was meant to come but didn't because it rained for about 20 mins. decs had to come down too, only to be put back up again shortly afterwards.

about 40 people in the kitchen, all drinking and having a laugh. I bounced between drinking fosters, kopperberg, stella (lager) and stella cidre. Drinking from about 5pm till 4am, had god knows how much to drink but strangely no matter how much i drank i wasn't feeling the affects at all.

Woke up on sunday, no hang over..... very weird and expected it to bounce across to this morning but as of yet still nothing. perhaps i drank myself sober? who knows. All i know is that my back bloody hurts today!!

Forgot to get a present for the gf's mum so heading across to sainsburys or tesco at the end of the day to pick up a case of rose.

BTW, Voddas is now a married man!! feel free to PM him congratz messages because he'll be on honeymoon for the next 2 weeks.

Good on him.

That mixture of drinks doesn't sound to pleasant Tachi, add some gin and it has vomiting violently written all over it :lol:
 
lol adding gin to anything is horrible, that drink is for a select few who enjoy it. For the majority though its a taste thats bloody awful lol.

Not the worst nights drinking, but no hang over for kidney/liver pain? not sure i'd willingly say yes to that switch over in future lol.

On another note, seems that this weeks gunna be a costly one but atleast my sleeping bag has arrived :D so can go camping for a long weekend before heading off to egypt in 3 weeks.

Going anywhere this year memo?
 
Haha! I don't drink gin anymore anyway, I've moved on to whiskey and herbal liqueurs, my god I seem to come off as an alchoholic!

I'm heading to Sonisphere with my dad in about 3 and a half weeks time, that's about it, mind you the lineup is solid, so that's all I could ever ask for

I'm surprised you can feel like that when your talking with me! You'll have to up your game to claim that title :lol: Unless you've got 3 crates of beer, a bottle of jager and a bottle of shots in your room then you don't have to worry about being an alcoholic ;)

If your going to drink whiskey, make sure its irish (whisky = scottish, whiskey = irish) and to me.... its gotta be drunk straight, no mixers.

Sounds good, Meant to be going camping at the end of the month, then T4 on the beach 2 days before egypt. somewhere inbetween that i've got alot to do and little time during the week lol.

Ilmae is baiting, as he's been trying to bait me last week. Yet nothing is done, then muts has his say back and you delete it? Singling out people again Rui, not very professional.
 
Tachi, please, stop obsessing about other peoples' business and act like the chilled out guy you keep saying you are ^^;

Those two can argue in PM if they wish to. It's not fair to ask AF17 to use a specific thread for his queries then for everyone to fill it with things which have nothing much to do with him, and I don't want people turning around in a week's time and complaining at him for not using it after it's constantly used to bash him/others. I'm not going to pick through every previous post and clean it up but I'm against derailing the pleasant conversation it was turning into there.

If I appear to be singling any side out, it's purely because I'm at work right now and spending an enormous amount of time trying to prevent obvious flamewars is not possible.

For the most part i am chilled out, Though i have a zero tolerance for baiting and bullying. When Ilmae was baiting me the other week, nothing was done. When Ilmae baited muts and mut's reply was deleted, thats when it became wrong on your part.

Thats where you've gone wrong, your fine with cleaning up the recent mess, but you don't clean up the beginning, the trigger to the later posts? Thats not the way to go about things. As a person in authority on here i'd have imagined that if you where to try and negate any tensions, you'd go back through the 3-4 pages and delete posts from the select few, rather than delete a reply from someone who's being baited, go to the root of the problem and fix it from there.

I'm at work too, yet i manage to balance out things. You've only put in the same effort to get rid of posts as i have to replace them. If you don't fix things at the root of the problem then it can keep coming back again and again.

I've worked up lol. I organise the work and get it out of the way ASAP so i can hermit the forums ;)

Not having a go Rui, just saying what i feel has been done wrong, i even took the time to PM you.... if i was your beloved Aion i'd have had a reply by now lol.

Anyway, chips and mayo for lunch... Gotta look for something to buy the "to be mother inlaw" the idea of buying a crate of wine pains me slightly. Buying alcohol i won't be drinking (hell i wouldn't drink it even if it was for me lol)

Any ideas are welcome.

It goes nice with orange juice after having several drinks previously. Same with vodka (I hate vodka when sober).

Chips go with every sauce :p was very filling because the restaurant staff are very generous with staff member portions :D

Still undecided if i'm going to strike about the pension age change, yeah its only a change of 65 to 66 for me but still... i want to be able to spend my older years chilling in the garden with a beer by the time i'm old enough for a pension. Not working another year for it.

Gotta talk with my union rep soon anyway, about work placements. NHS trying to make me move departments again and change my contract.... not letting them get away with it without a fight.

The French should make up for it by working a few extra years since they retire at 60. The French being weak? Who'd have thought?
