I have Air also in my backlog which I still haven't seen! I really need to watch all my anime. =P

Sounds like a nice little bundle of joys you have there Mono. That'll keep yopu occupied for few weeks. Hope you enjoy them all. I've seen both Shakugan no Shana and Ah! My Goddess Movie and both are a joy to watch imo.

Cheers Chaz for the FMA:B post. I loved the fisrt series. I can see that I won't be let down by this remake either. I was a little worried it would sully the first series but I can see now my worries were not needed. Really looking fwd to seeing it now. =D

I'm back. Just walked to fleet street to treat myself to a nice lunch and I think I wasn't the only one who had that idea. I've queued for almost 30 minutes to get a steak burrito and a bag of tortillas chips at Chilango.

It was worth it though.

Mmm... a steak burrito sounds tasty! My office building is on a buisness estate so there's not much choice for lunch if I wander out. Probably a good thing though coz I would end up spending more money.

I wish I could just chill tonight but I can't. I finish work at 4.30 (which is nice) but then I have a mortgage meeting at 4.45 that'll take me threw till 5.30. Then I have to take a Bday present and card to my step mams (which is a half hour drive from where I live). Once that's doen I'm baby sitting my nephew for two hours. It's probably going to be near to 11.00 before I'm home and I can begin to chill.
*big sigh* ¬_¬

I've seen Chilango before— it's that takeaway with the Luchador on its logo. Corresponding to your account, it usually features a long queue of legal and financial workers, all eager to obtain the food items it vends.

On a separate note, did you see the Formula One car in the window of the nearby Business Environment office? That was one of my favourite Fleet Street attractions.

It's just that eveerything around here in the city has a queue on lunch time. Post office, banks, sarnie shops....

Chilango's Steak burrito is amazing. I walked a mile just to get it. And WRT lunch, yes, it's true. I could save a fair amount of money if I brought my lunch with me, but being the person who has to cook it, I hardly ever find the will to do it.

Good luck with your mortgage meeting. And with your plans to chill.

That's the one. And yes, loads of legal and financial workers queue there for lunch. The queue is usually 5~8 minutes long, but today it was simply massive. They also have a branch in Upper Street, which is way quieter than the fleet street one. And I live quite close to the upper street one, so I go there more often than I should.

I've seen that! I even walked in the building and asked if they would let me take a pic close to it, but I was politely ejected from the building.
I did take a picture with the zebra the last time though.

Hope everyone has a good weekend!! I'm off to do everything I can't be arsed doing now. Oh joy!

Half of my agreed results are now finalised. It seems I didn't do as well as I thought on Quantum Mechanics, but all my other physics marks were surprisingly good. Somehow, I obtained a reasonably high first on the exam I found the hardest — the one in which I had to endure puzzling unexpected questions, punishingly glaring sunlight and a spontaneous nosebleed simultaneously.

Nonetheless, my 2:1 appears to be ratified now. I am tempted to mark this occasion with a costly acquisition. Is Macross DYRL worth importing?

Hi and bye lads, in lanzarote the locals where lovin the world cup result, have been drinking merrily and sunburnt....hopefully going to tan my back today....the front is lobster red lol,

anyways, speak soon....going to a free wifi bar later so will be on the chat at some stage.

:p

Hey Manga, yeah. Had a nice night out with my friends Friday, we went for dimsum at ping pong, then we had a couple jugs of pimms at the Dicken's inn and later we headed to Kick bar for a few matches of foosbal.

On Saturday, I've met other friends at the Dicken's inn for another friend's B'day and then we headed to the Cosplay Cruise. I must say it was a lovely weekend.

Then, woke up really late on Sunday and watched the World Cup's final with a pizza.

Zin - congrats again mate. Considering how much love Macross DYRL gets from its fans, I dare say it's a good acquisition.
Highly rated and loved by many of the most demading anime fans around.
